Seems like all the good people are gone…I’ve been to this location twice now and both times got the worst service. The girl that made my sandwich was extremely rude. It was so obvious that even my 13 year old said something. The “manager” is the problem I assume, she was nasty to the employees the whole time we were there. The whole place was disgusting. The counter around the pop machine was gross, gnat flies everywhere, the tables hadn’t been wiped down at all. The only reason I gave it a second star was because Ashley rang us up and she was polite and actually smiled at us. Will not be returning though.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes the quality is good and they get your order right, but most other times the order is either wrong or the quality isn’t great. Today, they forgot to include the bacon on my sandwich and I only got a few slices of roast beef on my “Beef Mode” sub. There was hardly any beef on it… totally underwhelming. I tried calling the restaurant and no answer. I’m not gonna waste my gas driving back to the restaurant for a few slices of bacon, so now I feel ripped off. Definitely not worth it if you pay full price!

absolutely horrible. I got 2 subs with hair in one of them, not only so but when I tried to call had no answer on multiple occasions. *update* the call was answered and the employee simply said he would contact the manager then get back to me (I also would like to include that he said he hadn’t been fully trained, which isn’t an issue but no manager and a trainee in progress doesn’t seem appropriate). Its been almost a day and I have yet to get an answer back. Would not recommend :/

Three employees working but not doing a whole lot. The sandwich counter where they make the sandwiches needed cleaning and attending. Pop on the counter near the pop machine. Only one table didn’t have crumbs on it. Tried to use a coupon for a foot-long meal deal for $7.99 and it ended up being 12 bucks. Asked why and they said there was an up charge to the mozzarella. They apologized for not telling me ahead of time. Won’t be coming back.

The app for this store doesn’t always see to work. Tried to place an order for my husband his work but was unable. When he went to the store the lady was very rude and short about it. He explained that the online wasn’t working. She kept making smart remarks. The guy there however was great and listened,so thank you.
