Ordered 1 large pizza for pick up & when I got home I was very disgusted to find that they clearly used 2 completely different pizzas to make my singular one. When I called the call center to report this issue, they did not seem to care at all & were more concerned about me bringing back this pizza so a replacement pizza could be “released to me” to ensure I wasn’t “stealing from them” (their own reps words). Wild that your company would serve this monstrosity of a pizza to a customer & then accuse that customer of trying to steal from your store when they’re reporting this issue.

Extremely rude! Coupons come in the mail and they can’t put it them in the system to honor the price, manager is too busy to come to the phone, “go make a compliant on the website”, it’s the closest Pizza Hut from my house , see coupon. Agent on the line said to order it online and try the coupon there. What is going on? Bait and switch, coupons should be offered in the store as a pick up order. No where does it say I need to order online.

Horrible!!!! I got a 3 topping pizza last night. Almost not toppings, my wife complained about it to me. She ate a couple of slices and left the rest, I tried one slice tonight and totally tasteless, I notice no tomato sauce in the pizza at all, and very thin, I think even thinner than a new york pizza. My wife says was not a treat it was a punishment. Never going to buy pizza hut again

How I ordered 1 dinner box pizza and 2 sides of chicken 8 each., and a Large customize pie total $60 dollars, they only bring me the Dinner box, missing the Large pie. I call them speak to the manager they said they’ll make it and have it delivered, pizza came in 15min. When i got the pizza I received a Medium pizza and the pizza wasn’t cook fully. The breading of the pizza tasted Raw and weird. How can they mess up an order 2 times to the same customer.

This is the second time in 4 days that I specifically ordered the original deep dish style pizza and I got what appeared to be thin crust or hand tossed. Completely different texture and taste.
Like cardboard with cheese.
Seems like unless I go to Target or an actual Pizza Hut sit-down restaurant it’s done incorrectly. Very disappointing and wasted money.

Ordered a large cheese pizza that was not cut fully so I had to use a knife. Not a problem. Then 16 count bone in wings where the garlic parmesan which had a hint of garlic but nothing but butter and were naked as seen in the picture. Then the cheesy bread was just regular bread. Not worth the almost 60$ for all of that. Which the only thing me and my kids enjoyed were the pizza…..not worth the time or money.

I mean like a lot of things it’s not what it use to be. There’s plenty of toppings and the staff is friendly but the pizza was a lot better as a kid or ten years ago. I go now because of coupons, convenience and nostalgia. Grew up in the area and my family would get Pizza Hut 9/10 times. It’s on par with other chains but it’s no longer delicious pizza like when I was a kid.
