I work near this location and frequent it for lunch. They are often pretty busy, but the wait is seldom long. And the staff is friendly and efficient. This location is always clean, as well. Recently, I placed a large catering order (6 sandwich platters and 2 cookie platters) for a business meeting. When I arrived, the order was ready and waiting. In addition, they provided more than enough condiments and napkins. Meeting attendees were very happy with the spread, as well. Next time, I’ll have to order more cookies because we had some leftover sandwiches, but the cookies disappeared pretty quickly!

I had the pleasure of meeting Landon today who made wonderful sandwiches and once he knew 1 sandwich was for later, he made sure to put the sauces in a side cup so the bread wouldn’t end up a mushy mess. He was delightful to talk to as well as amazing with his customer service skills. My family will go to this location BECAUSE of Landon.

Whoever the gentleman was working at this location inside the bell stores on March 21 around 8:20 PM really deserves a raise. It was the best interaction I have had with someone in the food service in a very long time. He was very friendly. He greeted us as soon as we entered. He just made our visit well worth stopping in!!!!!

Their app glitched, but took my money. The restaurant never received my order, and wouldn’t give me my money back either. When I called I was told that they would make my food, but when I arrived I got some guy instead and he called his manager who told him they couldn’t do anything. So I left without food or my money…and wasted gas in this economy…I’m not happy especially when I was hungry.

I’m filling my gas tank & all of a sudden my stomach is growling “I’m starving! When you going to feed me, woman!!!” Lo & behold there’s Subway right there…love the cheese steak sub! I picked up a sandwich for hubby & friend too while there. The girl was super friendly…the restaurant was clean…and there was hardly a wait time. Can always get a great sandwich reasonably priced there.

I was standing at the counter waiting for the counter girl to finish cleaning a cookie tray before she would acknowledge me and then when I finally got to order was told they’d already “put the meatballs away about 10 minutes ago”. This was 2 HOURS before closing. ( I was there at 6pm, they close at 8pm.) Neither she nor the other woman that was there were about to get those only-10–minutes-in-the-cooler meatballs back out and heat them up for me so I had to order something else. Not cool, Subway. You can run your business any way you want but that was no way to run a GOOD business.
