I TRIED PICKING UP A DOORDASH ON 1/24/26. THE WHITE MANAGER LIED AND SAID THE ORDER WAS PICKED UP. AS HE PROCEEDED TO REMAKE THE ORDER, I CALLED DOORDASH TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, AS INSTRUCTED. THEN, THE MANAGER LIED AND SAID HE WOULDNT REMAKE THE ORDER ALTHOUGH IT WAS COMING OUT OF THE OVEN. IT WAS 6 DEGREES OUTSIDE AND SNOWING. HE THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY TO SET UP A BLACK WOMAN AND HES LATINO COWORKER. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS AGAIN BECAUSE THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY RACIST.

Wow! We did not expect to have such a great experience at a chain pizza joint at midnight but here we are. Adriana helped my mother and I with a smile on her face. We could tell she truly enjoyed her job, which is hard to come by these days. Great job Adriana, thanks for the excellent pie!

Got there forty minutes before I thought they closed. Manager acted really annoyed that I hadn’t already ordered ahead. Asked if it would still be okay to order. She begrudgingly put in a papadia for me. Turns out the place was closing a full hour and twenty min after I got there but this is what I turned up to my house with. It is what it is.

Sadly, I usually only leave reviews when I’m disappointed, but this place … I’d give it 3 thumbs up, if I grew an extra thumb. My experience absolutely deserved it. The staff and service were beyond modern day expectations. My orders are usually complicated, but everything was prepared to my expectation. I’ll definitely be back!

Came here a while ago, and they messed up our order—so they gave us a promo code to make it right. Today, I called ahead to use it, and the general manager personally assured me over the phone that she would honor it. But when I arrived, the cashier said she had changed her mind and would only take off 35%, refusing to honor the full credit.
Not only was this blatant dishonesty, but the general manager was also shockingly rude about it. Instead of taking responsibility, she doubled down with attitude, making it clear that customer service is not a priority here. I won’t be ordering from this location again—if they can’t stand by their word, they don’t deserve my business.

This location is great and the staff is always friendly. I recently had an experience where I ordered delivery and DoorDash delivered my food to the wrong place. I called the store and spoke with I believe her name was Carrie and she immediately helped and resolved the situation. She was so kind and friendly and made sure to resolved the issue.
