I happen to be in hospital and had a 2 hr wait. So I ordered a tuna light on veges.with mayo. First the woman with the blonde long braid was rude while getting my order and snide comments. She was working putting meat on a sub, and I gave her my order.And she looked at me, and she says, can you wait your turn. Correct me if i’m wrong.But once you put the meat on it, it slides down to the next girl. Then, I asked for light veggies, and every time she put the veggies on I had to ask her to take most of them off.Then, I asked for mayo, and there was so much mayo it stuck to paper was an absolute sloppy mess. When I went to go get a drink.The soda station is disgusting.It’s dirty.It’s yucky I didn’t even want my drink then. I remember when this restaurant opened.And it was such a pleasure to come here.I couldn’t wait to get to the hospital.So I could come to this unit, but it’s, I would never come again for being inside a hospital.It’s really dirty

Placed an order for delivery from store #3526, order #04FF5339-8E. Both sandwiches arrived a mess and incorrect.

The Italiano looked and tasted as if it was drenched in vinegar, while the Veggie Delite had no tomato, cucumber, or mayo. Truly disappointing for $11; couldn’t even get an employee to answer the phone.

Don’t eat here! I had a footlong sub and there was a huge strand of hair inside! I took it to the manager and she refused to replace the sandwich nor give me a refund!
Her attitude was horrible and should be fired for unsatisfactory service!
Management needs to have a better attitude and replace the sandwich.
I will NEVER eat here again!

This place is a joke they have no respect for them self or what they are sending out. I call today because one of my things that I order was not right talk to a girl name Gen who was rude and hateful when I ask for her boss name so I can call to talk to her she then hang up… Yes one of the cookies look like it was eating off of.

Placed mobile order. Estimated pick up time 6:20PM. Order wasn’t ready until 7:15PM. Had to return, order was missing chips and a drink. Only 2 workers, taking turns with their lunch. Consumers in line were all waited on before our mobile orders. We weren’t the only ones waiting. I requested extra mayonnaise, there was too much to attempt to eat my sub. My kind of cookie I ordered wasn’t baked yet.

had the pleasure of being helped by Allison at Subway tonight, and she was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such kindness and a warm smile that instantly lifted my mood. She was patient, cheerful, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it—with care and attention to detail. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. Allison completely made my night better, and I left feeling happier than when I arrived. Subway is lucky to have her on their team!

When I walk into subway to order Doritos Footlong Nachos that cost five bucks I really did not want jalapeno on it I wanted banana peppers on it and they told me they cant do that I even told them can I get it on the side and I will paid for it and they also say to me they cant do that to what I do not understand on the picture it say add avocado for extra cost and nothing else was on that picture did not say we cant add nothing else on the Doritos Footlong Nachos so Pretty much that was false advertisement if the people cant get what they want on they food
