I ordered me and my boyfriends food online using their website, set it for pick up. We both got the chipotle philly steak sub. They completely got the orders wrong and added extra crap to it. They didn’t put the cheddar cheese sauce on mine that I wanted and even gave us both the wrong kind of bread. It was way too spicy for me to even eat because they added so many hot peppers that weren’t supposed to be added to either subs. I wanted a bottled mountain dew as well instead of a small fountain drink.

I had steak & cheese subs with banana peppers, pepper jack cheese, olives, pickles, onions, tomatoes, mustard, baja Chipotle, and vinegar. 4 stars. The associates were very nice and polite. The location was extremely clean. I recommend this location.

Had an awful experience with an employee at this location. The lettuce for sandwiches looked awful, lots of brown, and when I mentioned it to the guy working, he in turn soaked my sandwich with vinegar. I ordered an Italian BMT, with vinegar and oil dressing. When I got home and unwrapped my sandwich, it was saturated with vinegar. I went back to the store, and confronted employee with the sandwich, and I wanted to know his name (no name tag). Refused to tell me his name because he knew he did the wrong thing. Although he did remake the food, I won’t ever give this store my business again.

I have ordered online here twice and both times the order has been messed up. Go into the store if you want your food made correctly. They did get 2 out of 3 correct.

I unfortunately have never had a good experience at this Subway. Most of the time seems to be due to the two young men who work the closing shift. Subs are always made wrong. Placed an online order once over an hour before close. When we went to get it at the time it said, they had the doors locked and everything closed early. Then tried to wave us away until they realized our order was sitting at the front counter waiting to be picked up. Tonight when I ordered online and picked it up, I was shocked thinking I just had my first positive experience there. Then went home and opened up my sub to find it wrapped in a hundred stickers. May seem like harmless jokes, but definitely makes me worry when these are the same people preparing and handling our food! I do not trust ordering from this Subway, and you shouldn’t either.

I shouldn’t even have to do this. My husband ordered us food to be ready when I got off work last night. He checked out on the mobile app as a guest so he didn’t enter his name for the order. I get to Subway to pick it up and one lady refused me our food, even after showing her the confirmation (which YOU CAN CONFIRM on the receipt). Food that we had already paid for. My whole body is shaking. I have social anxiety and this woman made it so much worse. I called my husband, and he’s not happy. An employee on her BREAK had to come over and help. Bless her because she was so kind. The other employee stormed off to the back because she was just being rude for no absolutely no reason. My husband was about to call the cops so I could get the food WE PAID FOR if the other employee didn’t step in.. so much drama for MY FOOD. Never doing that again. Teach your employees some kindness, and thank you so much to the lady who HELPED. Customers should never leave your store crying because of the way you treated them over something they PAID FOR and I HAD PROOF.

Store is open until 10pm. We walked in a 8:45 and a young lady said, “sorry we are closed”.
I replied, the OPEN sig. is on and the door is unlocked and no other sign on the doors.
We ultimately went to the neighboring Subway.
An hour later, we drove by and the lights still on and the OPEN sign still on. I spotted the young lady in the back standing near the kitchen appeared to be talking to someone else. I would guess the owner isn’t aware their employees are sitting around while not making any money for the store.
