The dude making my sandwich was PAINFULLY slow. Not the only time I’ve experienced this at this location either… But he seemed pretty nice, and didn’t mess up my sandwich. 3 Stars

Was eating lunch this afternoon when a crowd of about 7 people walked in. Three of them went straight behind the counter. They grabbed cookies, sandwiches, drinks, and chips and started eating. They are NOT employees. However, one of the boys mom is and was working. They were eating behind the counter. No one washed their hands. They didn’t pay for anything. This was hands down the most disgusting thing I have experienced at a restaurant. Do not visit this place. This has obviously been an issue for awhile. The level of comfort with these adults at this place was unlike anything I’ve seen. So comfortable stealing and shoving their face with food without washing their hands. I have a short video I plan to send to headquarters that shows a portion of the incident.

I was super hesitant to try this Subway again due to prior experiences, but I’m glad that I gave it another chance. The lady at the counter informed me they were under new management which eased my mind a little bit. She then continued to make me the BEST italian bmt I’ve ever had at a Subway before. I will definitely be returning my business to this Subway!!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They’ve messed up multiple orders that I have placed through the app and put my health at risk by including ingredients that I am ALLERGIC to, despite the fact that my orders have never included this ingredient. My order was also supposed to include double meat (which I paid for) and there was half of what I get when I don’t order double. When I called the day after my incorrect order was placed and picked up, I was told that I was not going to get a refund. The woman that spoke to me on the phone was incredibly rude and insistent that her employees had not made a mistake because the ingredient I had not wanted was not listed as removed on my order so that’s why they included it. It wasn’t listed because I had REMOVED it on the app. This woman kept insisting that I was incorrect and that I needed to put it in the special instructions if I wanted it removed from the sandwich because the sandwich automatically comes with it no matter what. Why would I need to do that if I had already removed the ingredient from my sandwich already? After I asked for the owners number because she was refusing to help me, she hung up on me. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience here and sincerely hope that their employees, especially the incredibly rude woman I spoke to on the phone, get a decent retraining on their customer service and order reading skills.

Not overly impressed. My husbands burger was good. I had a chicken salad and it was very ok at best. The server was nice but came to our table way to many times. The sides were very small and we were told they were enough to share. Sadly just not impressed.

Do not eat this Subway. The District Manager (Stephanie) berates customers and tells them their customized orders are not okay. The franchise owners, unlike other companies and franchises, simply wants the problems to go away and doesn’t satisfy a complaint. Clearly, they are more about money than customers. She owns this one, the Subway at 1596 W Market Street, and the one(s) on State Road. Avoid these locations there are plenty of other amazing Subways around where the employees and managers happily make customer requests.
