I ordered food from this subway on the app. It was accepted and they took my money. I get to the store and they closed the doors almost 30mins early! When I approached the front door to knock the employee looked up shrugged their shoulders and continued with the closing process. I tried contacting the store they probably ignored that as well. This place sucks. Complaining on here doesn’t seem to do any good. It looks like everyone has left a bad review and the company hasn’t done anything to correct the problem. It’s clear that the owner just doesn’t care. If you’re looking for a good sub sandwich, go to PENN STATION, Jersey Mikes, or Jimmy John’s.

Worst subway ever. Out of white bread at 1 pm, I specifically said provolone and they put Mozzarella and up charged me, then charged me for pieces of provolone so I could fix their mistake. I wanted to add chips and a drink, so they misunderstood me and tried to charge me for three drinks and three chips instead of the meal. Glad I don’t ever have to go to this subway again.

I was enjoying my food when a hair comes out of my food. I couldn’t eat another bite they could give me a redound for something that was there problem and they brushed it off like it was nothing. This is a good hazard. They said they will make a another sandwich for me but I didn’t want another sandwich from this place I will not be coming back here to eat

I placed a mobile order for a footlong on flatbread. Not only was the sandwich not toasted (which is standard for all flatbread sandwiches) but it wasn’t even cut. At least all the ingredients I asked for were on the sandwich but it seems that staff members feel like they can get away with doing a bad job since you can’t watch them as they make your order.
