I ordered mayonnaise on my sandwich and was given a vomit inducing amount of mayonnaise. Not only is this flat out disgusting, it is extremely unhealthy. I was SCOOPING mayonnaise off of my sandwich and decided to measure it because there was so much. I took an entire quarter cup of mayonnaise off of my sandwich before it had the amount I like. Not to mention the mayonnaise got all over the outside of the bread so the sandwich is disgusting to pick up. Absolutely atrocious visit. I will remember that worker and make sure he never touches me food again.

Went to this subway about 20 minutes before it closed and the girl there (I believe her name was Alex) threw handfuls of food on my sub and was slamming the lids all because we came into the store near when it was closing. She tried to hand me my sub without a bag asked me what I wanted with an attitude when I asked for a drink and quite literally threw a cup down on the counter for me and said “here just take it on the house Jesus Christ I’m so done” and then I watched her be rude to a customer on the phone because they called to ask what time the store closed. I heard multiple customers apologize to her for coming in because she was being that rude. Really repulsive experience. Sad to see it

Shout out to Zach and Nathan! Today my family and I visited Subway on Royalton and Broadview. These 2 young men were 100% professional and efficient. My daughter ordered a Spicy Italian sandwich. When we opened it, it had only turkey, ham, and cheese. I took it back to the counter and the kids working there refused to fix it. Actually told me that since they made the sandwich in front of her, my daughter should have been watching. Terrible service.

I went there yesterday 800pm. I was told they had no more Italian bread. We wanted the meatball sub with garlic butter and cheese. The counter kid said he was not allowed to garlic butter any other type of bread but the Italian, which they didn’t have, per the owner’s orders. I give the kid credit for holding his ground, but due the owners lack of customer service training, he now has one very unhappy customer. It boggles my mind that anyone could have such a stupid policy.

I went to Subway for lunch around 4 o’clock. I was talking to a veteran in line and the Subway artist heard that I served. I didn’t know Subway gave discounts for military. This was so nice of her to do. Delicious sandwich, Great customer service, Fast and friendly staff.

Love subway, the new Chipotle southwest wrap is awesome! The employees here never seem too intelligent though. Got to the veggie part of the line and told her to make the wrap however it comes… She had no clue how to make it. She had to ask someone twice.

They were super busy when I went in and the line went really fast but I was accidentally charged over 2x the amount of what I was supposed to, I didnt realize till after I had left but one of the employees after hearing what happened drove the difference up to my work! Totally went above and beyond to fix the simple mistake and make a customer happy! Great service!

I love this subway. The service is always awesome; the workers are patient and attentive. They answer questions and make things just as you ask. I work in food service myself and it’s not a walk in the park. They do a great job here.
