Burger King advertises “Have it your way.” I Order 2 hamburgers, no pickle, extra onion. So when I get my hamburgers, it has one single. round piece of onion on my sandwiches.
So I go back up and ask for some onion. They give me another single ring. To put on my sandwiches and say that’s all they could give me. So to get a actual slice of onion on my sandwich. Do I have to take my own onion? I think I will stick with the Warsaw, In. store. I will have to drive further, but they give it to me my way.
PS I would give the food more stars at the Columbia City store if I could have it my way. And also service is a little on the slow side. This happened on the evening shift. 11//24/24 7:06 pm.

Honestly my favorite fast food place in town. I usually go through the drive-thru during breakfast, and the staff is noticeably friendlier than other places. Would definitely recommend them for a good quick breakfast

I don’t eat out often because I dread the old familiar feeling of disappointment. Tonight’s experience was no exception. No encoré of tonight’s experience necessary. I ordered a whopper with cheese. Upon taking my first bite, an undeniably acrid flavor blasted out of the gate like a prized Thoroughbred. No flukes in sight. Acrid took the lead and didn’t give up any ground. Acrid dominated the race through the beginning, middle and end. I don’t mean to sound like a jerk. It’s Burger King not a Michelin star restaurant. Please pay more attention to a patent detail like blackened, burned bread. I’m not asking for the stars here. Throw out the burned bread, and try again. Let’s grill that puppy up with a little more reverence of cooking protocols.

Both burgers were wrong. Briquettes missing cheese. No mayo means extra mayo. The only thing having it your way was the trash can.
