Went to this location on my lunch break during the week. It was really organized and clean. Staff young girl & guy really friendly & helpful. Both quick at getting my lunch ready so I could get a quick bite before returning back to work. Wish all places were like this in North Royalton around lunch time. People in fast food places are always so angry but the two employees at Subway were very welcoming which made my lunch even better.

There are specific directions that get printed out when making an “app purchase” that never gets followed at this location. On top of that their hours are varied based off who shows up for their shift.

I haven’t been to a Subway in awhile, but I’ll definitely be coming to this location again because of the excellent customer service from Kurtis. He worked quickly and efficiently, but still took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. He was thoughtful, personable and professional. Great service like this really stands out! Kurtis is awesome!

I don’t really get subway often because the one closest to my home in parma seemed like the food isnt very fresh, but I was in North Royalton with my granddaughters and they wanted Subway. This location is great. The food was all very fresh and the guy helping us was very friendly and patient with my granddaughters trying to figure out what they wanted. I will definitely be back to this location.
