I ordered via the app. They offer the deals that Subway advertises, so that’s cool. The sandwiches were ready when I got there. Everything was good to that point, but then when we went to eat the sandwiches, we noticed there was not very much meat on either one. Plenty of toppings, but very little meat. Pretty disappointing. I probably will choose somewhere else to go instead of here in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location on January 5, 2026, around 3:00 PM. Service was extremely slow despite the store not being particularly busy at the time. The employee appeared unprepared and inefficient, which caused unnecessary delays in completing a simple order.
More concerning than the slow pace was the poor customer service. The employee displayed unprofessional behavior, including giving unpleasant and hostile looks rather than offering basic courtesy or communication. There was no sense of urgency, friendliness, or customer care, which made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating.
Overall, this visit reflected a lack of proper service skills and professionalism. I expect faster service and respectful treatment at a quick-service restaurant, and unfortunately, this location did not meet those expectations.

Will never again go to this restaurant. I would be ashamed to be the manager or owner of this particular establishment. In the past they have closed an hour or so before their listed schedule. In fact, I have had workers come out at tell me “Sorry we are closing”. Well Today, they shut down at 3 PM and posted a sorry we are closed sign. Seem the workers just shut down whenever they feel like it, with little regard to the customers who drive there willing to spend money

Went to this location today at 3 p.m., and it was locked and closed, I could see two workers inside talking to each other over the counter. The “Open” sign was on. The operation hours say this location is open until 9pm. I tapped on the window, and the door was completely ignored they never stopped their conversation or looked my way. There were also other patrons standing there with me as well.

This is my usual go to Subway on my way to work. I like it because it’s rarely busy when I go through, it’s clean and the associates are nice and courteous. There is a younger man that works there who is phenomenal. Last Thursday was my first issue ever. There were 2 associates working which is unusual for when I stop. They were too busy talking with each other than making sure my sandwich was made and wrapped for travel. I get to work and at lunch I open the bag and the sandwich is halfway unwrapped and when I opened it it looked like the picture below. I had to reassemble my sandwich before I could eat it. It was a messy disaster. That was an Oven Roasted Chicken on Herb and Cheese bread. I hope this isn’t a recurring problem.

Only one person working lunch rush. Very dirty and depressing inside. Customers walked out while waiting for their subs to be made.

Arrived at this location at 5:30 pm Wednesday Sept, 11, 2025 at 5:30 the door was locked and myself and two other gentlemen came for Subs; and whoever was in the store rudely turned out the lights and never greeted us even to say the store was closed. Online it said that the store closed at 6:30pm and it states those times on the door as well. Very unprofessional.
