Absolutely amazing experience at Turkish Couple! The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care, but the real standout was their zurna dürüm—it was incredible. I lived in Istanbul for 2 years and have always missed authentic, Turkish street food. Not a lot of Turkish restaurants offer tantuni, and when I saw Turkish Couple offers it, I immediately placed an order. The tantuni was amazing, exactly how it tasted in Turkey. I also ordered Turkish tea and simit, which were delicious as well. The packaging was great too. Highly recommend this place!

We’ve visited Turkish Couple food truck a couple of times now, and overall it’s been a great experience for authentic Turkish street food in a very convenient location.
On our first visit, I tried the Bazooka 50 cm chicken döner wrap. It was absolutely delicious. The spice level was perfect—slightly spicy but not overwhelming, especially for someone who doesn’t regularly eat hot or spicy food. One detail that really stood out was that they toast the wrap before serving, which adds an extra layer of flavor and texture. I paired it with Şalgam, which complemented the wrap perfectly. The portion is generous—if you’re not extremely hungry, half of it can easily be enough for one person.
My wife ordered the chicken tantuni, which was also very tasty and well seasoned. The only small note is that the portion is a bit on the smaller side for the price, but the flavor definitely delivers. While we were waiting, they even offered hot Turkish tea, which was a very thoughtful and welcoming touch.
On our next visit, I tried the yogurt beef tantuni. Flavor-wise, it was excellent, but since the yogurt is poured on top, the dish cools down fairly quickly by the last few bites. That’s more about the nature of the dish itself, not the service—just something to be aware of when ordering.
Overall, I highly recommend Turkish Couple food truck if you want to experience real Turkish street food. The owners are a nice, young couple, the kitchen and environment are very clean, and the food is made with care. A great spot in Tysons Corner that we’ll definitely keep coming back to.
