The young lady that made my sub was as good as they get. She was very fast and very attentive to each requested item. I was impressed with her job skills along with her attitude toward the job itself. This young lady could teach others in this field of work for sure.

Stopped in today at noon. One person in front of me. The employee working by herself made his order. In the mean time someone pulled up to the window. After finishing with the person before me she told the person at the window it would be 10 minutes before she got to him, then told me she would get to me when she could and started making internet orders. She was very rude! Anyone in the store or drive thru should be taken care of first, then online orders. This is not the first time this has happened. I used to go there quite a lot, but now I will never go back!

Employee was working by herself and very unfriendly, a vehicle pulled in and she sighed and made a comment under her breath in disgust, it was 7:45p. I order my sub BMT FL and it seemed like I had ordered something extravagant. The kicker was I went to use a valid subway coupon for $5.99 and she wouldn’t take it. I asked for her to contact a manager, she says no manager and she won’t answer. This subway employee chose to throw away my sandwich instead of taking a coupon. No signs up stating no coupons and if they run this store this way I’m really surprised they’re still in business.

Great place to get me a low carb salad. The kids love it. The grandkids love it. Throw me some meat and some salad dressing and a nice salad and it’s keto friendly or even Atkins if you like that.

Ive been coming to this Subway since it opened when I was a kid. I even applied for a job when I was 16 (and got rejected) but Its been well over 10 years now since the opening and I can still walk in and remember the days I spent here with my friends during hot summer days coming from the pier and cold winter nights with the good grace of the employees even after we tracked in mud and snow. I still order the buffalo chicken sub and its still as good as it ever was. Sheffield Lake might not have much but Im proud of our Subway.
