me and my brother and cousins came in and it was one of the best restaurant experiences i’ve ever had. the workers where very polite, respectful, and on point. it was very fast and efficient and the food was delicious.

Nice friendly staff, always fresh bread and made to order sandwiches. The only negative is the location which sometimes suffers from all the traffic trying to get in and out of Chestnut commens.

Okay so as far as store cleanliness goes it was very clean and the produce and everything tasted fine. My issues was the workers. First I got there and stood in the building for a few minutes no one was to be seen, I looked out the window and one of the workers was smoking and talking on the phone and just ignored the fact that customers were inside(guess her personal time is more important) then someone FINALLY came from the back and she was full of attitude and didn’t listen to half of what I said.

cheap with the toppings and they don’t make the sandwiches right, do to a cheap owner, owner told employees to take a slice of cheese off my wrap saying it only got 1 triangle… which is not the case! Do own a franchise restaurant if your not going to make the sandwich the right way, your giving subway a bad name. So now I only go to she subway on 4th street by puffers.. they do it right and their toppings are always fresh.

Super yummy. I have tried several subs but have come to love the new beef brisket with smoked cheese. The customer service was also great. The girl Jordan who waited on us was very personable & easy to talk to. She had a smile on her face & was actually happy with her job. Nice to see young people enjoying life & not so miserable. I only gave 4 stars because the new owner took soup off the menu & my family & I really liked it in the fall/winter

The young lady who fixed my sub today was awesome. Made exactly the way I asked. They should either give her a raise or make her the manager . She is the first in almost a year that can hear what you tell her you want then make the sub right.

I would give no stars if possible. We saw on the app a buy a footlong and get one free when ordering on the app. We called ahead to make sure this was correct and were told yes. When trying to place the order it would not give us this special. We arrive at the store and the employee says she has to call her manager. This was the same employee that told us the special was good. She then tells us we can’t have the special offer but they will give us $2.00 off. What a big waste of time. Won’t be going there ever again.

Never have an issue with their food. Service can be a little rough depending on who’s working. Some of the employees are a little snippy and rush you. Eating area is usually always clean but the bathrooms are not so much.

I’ve been going here since I was 14 years old.. Now 20. Workers are very nice, I never dined in but I never had any issues!. Lost my debit card and a kind man turned it into this subway and they held it for me, even tracked me down on my social media to let me know they have it.(my sister left a review as well )
