Ordered a foot long sandwich when delivered was only a 6 inch when I called the location was told I would be put into a “book” for pickup of a sandwich. There was no refund and subway does not refund but leaves to location to handle. So basically I paid for a full meal and only got a half meal at full price l. That’s theft if you ask me.will not buy subway again.

The lady that serve me today was excellent she was so professional the place was spotless she gave me a sandwich that was exactly what I wanted and I haven’t had a Subway and a couple years I will definitely be returning there very soon having just moved to this area.

I’ve been here about 50 times and never had a bad experience. Even when it’s busy lunch time in downtown Elyria, the staff is friendly and fast. Any time that I’ve used a coupon or promotion they’ve been well aware and never had any problems. The place has always been clean and they’ve never been out of anything. I will go out of my way to go to this location.

Angelica is rude and unkind. Way too much dressing on one salad. No dressing on the other. Dry and old bread on the sandwich. I called to let them know as there is no way for me to get a replacement 20 minutes before closing and she was just so rude. Also I just realized there is bacon in the salad. All around unprofessional and too many mistakes

Hadn’t been to a Subway in a long time. (coupons work) Friendly lady took care of us and made a little conversation. Subs were great, wife had the Philly Steak & I built up a meatball marinara. It’s great to have a choice of ‘set’ sandwiches or build your own
