The worst Subway in America. Customers beware that they DO NOT accept coupons. I noticed every time that I have passed this place there is never anyone inside eating or getting take out regardless of day and time as I work in Avon Commons. I finally stopped into there shop to order and noticed that there vegetables did not look fresh at all. So instead I ordered a plain steak sandwich and when I presented my coupon to the young lady she told me they do not accept Subway coupons and that they would only take off .50cents. So as a result I walked out and did not pay. With the vast amount of current and new food places in Avon and with another Subway place right down the street from them (inside Walmart’s) that does accept coupons it is very foolish of the owner to not accept Subway coupons. Now I understand why I never see anyone inside of this Subway location and would not be surprised if one day if this location is closed or under new management. It’s only a matter of time as the song goes “The waiting is the hardest part”.

I visited this location recently and was quite upset. The workers (service) were fine, the food was great, the management/ownership was the issue. I specifically came to Subway because I received coupons in the mail a few days ago and was feeding a few people doing a job for me so I thought I’d buy everyone subs. After ordering, I presented the coupon and was told their store doesn’t accept coupons. [Moving on…]

Terrible service, due to the attitude of the young girl, with the curly hair. This store has signs posted asking to follow their rules. She asked what kind of veggies I wanted. There was an older lady in front of the veggies, picking hers (the young lady helping her was very kind and smiling). I told her I’m trying to follow their rules, so I would wait until I could see them. My fiancé asked if he could get his sandwich toasted, she threw it in the oven with attitude. As soon as I was able to see the veggies, she was slamming every veggie I asked for on my wrap and then proceeded to start folding it up without any kind of sauce. My fiancé had enough and said forget this place, we’ll go somewhere else and we left.

Horrible service. I stop in 20 minutes before closing. They have already started cleaning up, which is fine. They hear me come in and no one waits on me for 5 mins while they are obviously upset and slamming down the pans etc. Finally get to order and all the girl does is huff the whole time. Sorry I wanted a sandwich while they were open.
