I’m not one to complain about anything honestly, but I had the not best experience here today. She switched out my bread for a half burnt one, and just threw everything on there making a mess. I try to communicate with her but with an AirPod in her ear I bet she probably didn’t hear me. I honestly don’t even want to eat it and I just waisted my money on this, it’s just upsetting.

I had a really great experience at this particular subway . The store was clean and well organized, and the service was quick. The employees were very polite, friendly, and patient while taking my order. They prepared my sandwich exactly the way I asked and made sure everything was fresh. Definitely coming back again!

One of the worst subways I’ve ever been too. Unprofessional, rude, the subs are poorly made and always hard stale bread that you can barley eat. Lack of toppings and proper portions. As someone who use to run a subway i would not recommend anyone eating here. Especially with kids around, with all the vulgar language as well.

The owner was absolutely amazing! My husband enjoys having staff fix up a veggie sub for him–their choice on what to add, etc. and the owner whipped up the best veggie sub he’s ever had at a Subway restaurant.
The store was clean and well stocked. There was courteous staff who made suggestions for better deals from Subway for the choices we made for sandwiches. Had a great conversation and will definitely keep this location on our radar for when we pass through the area again.

I ordered an italian bmt, she didn’t know what went on it. That’s fine, she might’ve been new. But this sandwich is absolutely uneatable. Every bite i take, the sandwich falls apart in my hands. I have to rebuild this sandwich myself. Might as well call myself a subway worker with how many times I’ve had to rebuild this sandwich. The topping are all falling out, and it is wayyy too messy. I don’t even have napkins. Do better.

They were very slow and reluctant to add veggies. I asked for lots of cucumbers (not lots of everything) and she spread them half an inch apart, so I asked for more, and she lined them up, but since they do the meat & cheese behind a lid to serving dishes, I didn’t see if chintz on those, but it didn’t feel like it. There was too much Ranch for me to eat it beyond a couple of bites. I had taken it home, and unloaded groceries first, so I couldn’t complain, but the dressing had seeped into the roll and (beyond) into the wrappers. About the dressing, I’d said, “Just how you regularly do it,” and since I’d never eaten at this one, (but frequented the two other Lorain ones), I assumed it’d be similarly dosed. It was clean, but close to shoppers walking out–thus the 4 Stars, not 5.

Fabulous beard, but discrimination???
We usually have a good experience here but every time the guy with the beard is working he’ll get through the entire line then stop when it’s my turn and tell me he has a bunch of online orders that will take 15 minutes or more. So I just go buy a protein shake and by the time I buy that, 2 minutes later he’s serving someone else. Happens fairly regularly. It’s weird to say this but I feel pretty singled out. This only happens when I have my kids with me.

I placed a mobile takeout order on 4/17. After waiting for 45 minutes past my pickup time, I finally asked and the employee said they never received the order. I paid, had a confirmation email, and verified I was at the correct location. I reached out for a refund when I got home since I never got my food. It is now 7/15 and the owner still hasn’t refunded my meal as promised. I have reached out to the owner, as well as Subway social media no less than 10 times for my money back with no resolve. I know my money means nothing to the company, but I was a frequent subway customer and won’t be back until this is resolved.
