I’ve recently started going to this location. There is one employee there that takes her time making subs rather than just slopping it together, and every time she makes my sub it’s so good. Also, every time she works the cookies are so soft. I don’t know her name, but she has really short blonde hair. She does a fantastic job!

First time at this location. Only 1 person working, but you would never know it by the employee’s attitude. She told me her name, but I don’t know how to spell it. She was so friendly and efficient and the sandwich I purchased was absolutely delicious . I will definitely be back.

I went in today to the Buffalo, Oh Subway around 3:30-4. There was a younger guy working, who is such a great kid. This is the second time that I have had beyond excellent service from him and also a dark haired younger girl who was working the same shift today (maybe she was getting ready to leave). Im not sure what this Subway does differently with hiring but they are on point. The subs were excellent and looked really good. Theses two kids are so polite, hard working and take pride in what they do. I will never go to Cambridge subways again because all you get there is horrible customer service.

Had the worst customer service EVER in the drive through. The lady was so rude! When I asked her name, she told me it wasn’t my business and asked why I needed it. I then told her I was going to report her for the way I was treated. She told me no and slammed the window shut. I will be reporting this to the manager. I am a regular customer here, and have never been treated this way. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

I went to this Buffalo Subway today. I bought 4 subs. There were three girls/women working there. It was busy… drive thru was busy. Inside was busy. When I went in the first girl was busy with an order, yet she welcomed me. She was working quickly, doing several things at once to keep things flowing. These girls are fantastic! I’m sorry the line built behind me, but I am so thankful for such great workers. The subs were prepared perfectly!

Stopped at the buffalo Ohio location. Just after 7pm ordered a foot long veg on white. Wanted pizza sauce on it lett onion banana peppers pickles and mayo. Well white bread not even cooked all the way no pizza sauce. Called to repost it and young girl was nasty on the phone. Asked when a mgr/ store msg would be in tomorrow and was told who knows . I said I’ll just call the owner of the store. This store has not had the best service in few months.

Past two times I have ordered online my sub has been wrong. The first time I ask for extra cheese, which they charged me extra for, and got NONE. This time I ask for light sauce and I have never in my life had so much sauce on a sub. They struggle big time with online orders.

Went in to get 5 subs. After we start our order and have 2 subs being made. Guy comes out of the back and takes the rest of the foot longs for a call in order. Completely rude and unprofessional. They were going to be open for over an hour and out of bread. As she is finishing our 2 subs that we had already made she asked what our next order is knowing there’s no more bread and i have already said how many we needed. Either make sure you have enough before to take phone orders or when you have a customer in front of you get it pulled first. left with 2 of the 5 subs we needed and now have to travel somewhere else for other food. Completely disappointed in my service today.
