I dont know if its every time but the older woman working on 12/2/25 at around 11:30AM was not helpful. My subs were barely toasted to where the cheese wasn’t even melted and the woman did not want to put appropriate amount of toppings on subs. She was very rude despite myself being very polite. Do not recommend and plan to avoid this place if changes are not made.

It has been at least 2 years since we ordered from this subway because EVERY TIME we would order online and PAY for extras, we would NEVER GET THEM… figured maybe they got it together by now.
Nope. This time was NO different. No surprise there. Ordered extra bacon, and there was barely bacon on it at all.
We live so close we could walk to this subway, but I guess we’ll continue to drive to mt gilead location instead.
Brought this issue up to a manager 2 years ago and nothing was ever done. They just ignored me.
This place is garbage.

The old lady that made our subs seemed upset that someone was even there. After giving her a note to explain how my wife wanted her sub she looked at me and said what am I supposed to do with that then said out loud to my face she was going to use the hardest bread she had. Witch she did. Then after that she still messed up our subs with wrong veggies and sauce. The young man that was working with her was kind but we will not be going back because of the treatment we received. I’d rather drive farther to get better service and correct food.

We ordered 2 subs, 1 steak and 1 chicken……there was so little meat on it that when I got home and opened it my husband asked me what kind they are. I had to open both subs up to see any meat to identify. And they were not good, my husband said to throw it away and make him some scrambled eggs, it would taste better. Very disappointed!

Do not order sides online they don’t understand and will add your drink and chips to your sub. Do not ask them to fix their mistakes you will only be paying for another gross sub. Everytime we get food from here they mess it up without fail. They do not fix any of their mistakes instead it your job to pay for two terrible subs.

They actually acted like they didn’t want to wait on us, Manager. We have been treated rude the last 3 to 4 times we were there. Used to brag this place up that it was the best Subway. Not any more. Went to the one in Mt. Gilead very nice ppl. They also said that they get a lot of ppl from Cardington stating the same thing on rudeness. And will never go back to this one again !!Even when they answer the phone, like your a bother.. Management sucks at Cardington one. Beware !!

Our first time eating here and the service was terrible, like the staff didn’t want any customers and we were a bother to make our subs. They burnt my sub and my wife ordered a wrap but the order came out on bread. I guess I should have read the reviews for the Cardington Subway first.
