I placed an online order for pickup due to the restaurant’s convenient location. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. When I arrived and brought the food home, I discovered that the pasta and pizza were both severely overcooked and dried out, making them nearly inedible. The breadsticks were hard and stale.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to contact the store to address the issue, I was hung up on twice. I had to use another phone just to get through and request the corporate contact information. When I called back from my original number and confirmed I had asked for corporate’s details, I was immediately hung up on again. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I have children who were looking forward to this meal, only for us to end up with food that could not be consumed. It was disappointing, frustrating, and frankly unacceptable.

I will never order from or recommend this location again. With a 2.5-star rating, it’s clear that this is not an isolated incident. This establishment needs serious attention or to be shut down altogether.

Picked up my food, and wanted to order wings after previously getting bad wings from another wing location, and I just want to let y’all know the wings are actually what I expect when I get wings, moist, juicy wings that are soft to bite into and well sauced.
Was better than the green wing store I ordered once before whose wings were dry and hard with minimal saucing. Will order wings here again as a safe quick wing spot.

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. I ordered two pizzas around 9:40 PM and waited over an hour for them to be marked as “delivered.” The food was NEVER delivered. I stood outside for 10 minutes constantly checking, thinking it might show up. I called the store four times and they let the phone ring until it hung up every single time. This is the second time this has happened—the first was a few months ago. I gave them another chance and clearly shouldn’t have. Lesson learned.

Waited over an hour for my order, and when it finally showed up, the pizza was cold, uncut, and missing the garlic dipping sauce I paid for. The pizza didn’t even taste good. This was a complete letdown from start to finish. Won’t be ordering again.

I ALWAYS have an issue with this location. Tonight’s was the worse. I placed my order at 9:33 and it was “out for delivery” at 9:38, I knew upon seeing that on the tracker I was in for another mistake. Pizza came cold AND burnt at the same time. How is the pizza made, and out for delivery in literally 5 minutes but the crust is burnt, and pizza is cold within 10 minutes of being delivered? Old, cold, burnt, hard, dry pizza. Never again From this location.

Ordered early to avoid the rush. Watched the “Tracker” as my order was prepared quickly. The order then sat at the store for an hour. When the order finally arrived it was cold (and as usual they sliced the pizza even though it was suppose to be left whole). It wasn’t just luke warm or room temperature. It was cold. It brings up an issue with tipping on the app. Why tip before the order arrives? I paid 5.99 for delivery, $4.++ tip. This location needs an top down change in personnel.

If I could leave less than a 1 star, I would. Do not order from here. I’d rather a homeless person makes me food out of things he found on the street. Tonight, on New Year’s Eve, my girl and I bought 2 pizzas, one New York crust with pepperoni and black olives, and one with barbecue and 2 extra kinds of cheese. We didn’t get the New York crust, we got regular crust. As for the barbecue, I don’t know if this guy had an issue with the sauce of choice, but whoever made my food, decided to make it weird (cut it janky), he SPIT ON MY FOOD, AND I FOUND HAIR ON MY CRUST!! The entire order was screwed up and when I called to try and speak to someone I was hung up on multiple times. I have plenty of photos. Not gonna attach them because of laziness, and because I’ve already put in too much time and effort into posting something about this.

Order said it was delivered but wasn’t, delivery driver was very rude when I called him and insisted it was there. They did remake my order quickly. Had it not been for the attitude I wouldn’t have minded this mistake.

I didn’t want to make a bad review after one bad experience, but it’s been a couple of bad experiences in a row now.

First occurrence, the pizza tracker said the pizza was done, I waited on a call from the delivery driver, but never recieved a call/message. Waited about 10 minutes just to see if maybe the tracker was just off. The tracker restarted and went back through the same shebang. After the second delivered tracker status, but no call or text, I decided to call the store. They claimed to not know if the pizza was delivered or not. Eventually found my pizza 15 minutes later. Pizza boxes had no labels, so I’m not even sure how they knew where to drop off the order or what the order even was. Labels typically have the customers number so I assumed at the time that’s why they didn’t call.

Jump to a month and a half later. Similar deal, tracker resets itself twice. I get a message that the pizza is on the way. No call or text that the pizza will be left in the lobby or whatever. Instructions say please buzz the buzzer so I can know you’re here, as delivery drivers always leave food on the floor for some reason. After about 10 minutes I just go down to find the pizza. Same deal, no labels or anything; just hope your neighbor didn’t also order pizza ha. Pizza is always half with meat and half without, but is never cut equally which is a minor thing but you’d think cutting a pizza in half wouldn’t be too hard.

Biggest issues I have with this location is the quality of the delivery service. Not sure why there are options for contact or contactless when they don’t even contact you when your pizza has arrived. Don’t have a request box or make it clear that delivery drivers will not buzz, come up, text, call or physically hand you your pizza. Now I always tip, right, because everyone has to make a living but if I have to search a building for my pizza or call the store because I’m not even being contacted it gets kind of annoying.

All this to say that if you order from this store just go pick it up.

Came in super later in a rain storm and our girl Tiffany ascended from the clouds and the heavens and hooked us up with some delicious dough. She even told us about a coupon deal and saved us a bunch of money. 1000/10 recommend going into the store and asking for beautiful Tiffany.
