Me and my daughter stopped in this Subway on 01/10/22 around 11am. So she could get a slushie. The worker Kathy said to us it will be a minute. I ask if they was open yet. She replied very rude yes we’re open I had to switch the pop machine out and I said it will be a minute. Needless to say we did not wait for her as she got very very rude and was cussing us. We won’t be going back in there.

Service here is always slow! I eat subway probably twice a week and always get the spicy Italian. Got it here today and they definitely didn’t not put the proper amount of meat of it. Will never eat here again.

Used door dash. Order was incorrect. Door dash will not even compensate for the sandwich. Only half the cost. This is definitely Subways job to get my order correct, not door dash. Now my kid doesn’t have a sandwich to eat and apparently there’s no resolution to fix this NOT a happy customer!!!

When I’ve been able to get food it was meh. But how many times do I have to go in there to find no subway workers while they’re on a “5 minute break” that never seems to end and walk out with no food. Not convenient or quick

I’m only giving it one star because it dont really give me an option. The workers have no idea what they are doing and i wouldn’t consider what they are making even a meal. It takes almost 15-20 minutes for two boys to take one person’s order. They pay no attention to what anyone says and acts like its an inconvenience because they screw up the order. By far the worst subway I’ve been to all around.

Food was ok despite being shorted on meat in our 6″ breakfast sandwiches. A bacon, egg and cheese I would expect more than 2 pieces of bacon, and on a steak, egg and cheese, they literally only used ½ of the already portioned cup of meat. I’m not sure I’ll be back to any of the Marion Subways anytime soon (I believe they are owned by the same franchisee). Such a rip off!
And to top it off, it was early morning when we went in and the place was a total mess, almost like they simply closed up last night and did nothing before they closed!
