Just opened. Had a coupon for buy one sub get one free. They made one of the subs wrong so they also gave me the wrong one for free. The steak is good, but all the chicken subs we got the chicken has no flavor very bland. It’s ok, but not great. The grilled subs were soaked in grease so half the bun was soggy. In a city that already has some of the best sub shops Jersey Mike’s has a long way to go. Good Luck!!!

decided to get jersey mikes for dinner on this 100° day because honestly who wants to cook, it was so busy in their but those boys working the line were immaculate, it was busy, it’s hot and they did not complain or have an issue one time. my sandwhich is always so good and i’ll continue to come to this location for them specifically

First time trying Jersey Mike’s & we’re very impressed. It all starts with good staff that have a positive attitude and want to make you a great sandwich. Check. Quality better than expected. Portion larger than expected also. Price was fair and with a coupon I say awesome value for an awesome product. Hopefully they’re going to do well at this location and I believe that they will if they keep up the quality and teamwork.

I usally love this place but tonite i got the giant ham amd cheese thats almost $20 they usally put a good amount of ham well tonite there wants much of anything i paid for mostly bread. They def. Owe me a sub on them. Ill never order ahead again

I ordered two sandwiches, a bag of chips, and a brownie on a Thursday night on December 29. The workplace looked understaffed; there were 5 to 6 other people waiting for their order before me. I ended up waiting over a half hour for my order; I finished my brownie and chips 20 minutes ago. At this point I got frustrated and wondered where their boss is. The general manager should be there to help their crew and getting orders out quickly and efficiently. Would I go there again? Not likely.
