This is serious eats. Come early, though if you are after the chicharrón, it’s sells out quick. The buche is excellent, and the carnitas are delicious. I was impressed with the chicken, too. Sergio and crew are really rocking it out front and center here. A must try destination for all foodies a hidden delight.

Some of the best buche, cuero and carnitas tacos I’ve ever had! If you go make sure you try out the cueritos tacos! You will not regret it also the chicharron is nothing but I took 4 lbs to go back to LA. Hidden gem in fallbrook for sure, will be coming back when in town!
