Ordered a sub with no lettuce or tomato. They made the sub with lettuce and tomato. When I told the person the cashier came over and argued with me that I hadn’t told them. I told him I’m not paying for something I didn’t ask for. He acted like he wasn’t going to remake it. I couldn’t believe that I was needing to defend myself over a sub. Won’t go there again even if they were giving away food.

I don’t understand how some people apply for a job dealing with customers but act like they don’t want to deal with customers They not understand if they losing customers that won’t have a job sooner or later? Sometimes I walk in this location the guy suppose to be making my sub looks at me like I’ve just entered his house and he doesn’t want me there. My guy I’m here for the food not to see your miserable attitude and they wonder why they get no tip.

I got the all American club and was very satisfied. It was full of flavor, very fresh/had crisp vegetables and was a good portion size. The staff also made a fresh batch of mearballs for the other sub I ordered. Very enjoyable trip and highly recommended this location.

Worked here for 3.5 years. Made friends with most of the staff during my time here and the customers were amazing. And for some reason loved me to death. After leaving for another job. Still on same lot. I found out that the owner wasn’t the person I thought she really was. In my time there. She was a decent boss. One of the best ever. But since leaving. Not only has she trashed my name. On multiple occasions. But when it came to sending W2s out for taxes. All current and former employees received their W2. Except for me. Just shows how petty some people can be. I reccomend the customer service of the staff for the most part. But will never spend my money at this subway or any other owned by the owner of this location

My boyfriend and I ordered on DoorDash at 8:30, I got a 6inch bmt w mustard, mayo and some veggies. When the food got here I opened the wrapper just to have a sub completely smothered in mustard, it was seeping out the front, back and both ends of it. Completely covered up the rest of the flavors in the sub, couldn’t taste anything but mustard. Will not order from here again
