Ordered my food on the app. I asked for my sandwich to be made a specific way got home and it was nothing like I asked for. And the bread was old and they still have it to me. I went back to the location to have them remake it but they didn’t have steak do I asked for a refund. The young lady stated that there was no manager on duty to give me my money that I would have to wait till in the morning and to leave my name and number but I have yet to receive a call or my money back. You’re not gone feed me anything and think that’s ok. And the young lady was sitting out in the dinning room eating and seen me come in so she gets up and goes behind the counter and was about to make my food. I had to tell her to wash her hands and she acted as if I was wrong. They need to do better.

I’m not the type of person to complain, but This location doesn’t put good/proper portions of meat and cheese on their subs. You pay extra for mozzarella, on a foot long, she cuts the little slices of cheese in half only amounting to two little slices. I honestly don’t like going to this location anymore. Give people what they pay for, I don’t ever feel like I get my money’s worth when I go to this location.

Subway should have enough money to put the correct opening and closing times on their stores. If the web says you open up at 8:00 and the sign on your door says you open up at 8:00 then why are you not opening until 9:00? 3912 broad Street Whitehall Ohio.
