I place a order online to pick up 1 Buffalo wrap and a tuna bowl I will think is no way something can go wrong but at my job time to take my lunch…my tuna bowl have no TUNA just the veggies I contacted the store and they try play dumb…no manager available, can’t find your order and sorry but I have to go!! Wow send a email to corporation and all I get is sorry for the inconvenience hope we do it better next time you visit us…seriously! Ppl customer service is a big thing if you can’t handle it in your job or business you need to find something else for living. I don’t get reimbursed, or order replacement I really disappointed I pay for not what ask for.

They do not serve pizza at this location. “Because it messes with the machine…”. They should take it off the menu. Workers were told my the owner not to serve them even though they get sent to them. They refused to make a pizza even though they had all ingredients. They also don’t take coupons at this location.

It says that yall are open until 12. No sign when i pulled up saying otherwise. Walked in at 10:22 and they say there closed. Drove all the way from Reynoldsburg for it to be closed. Very Inconvenience.

Just went in and when they saw I had a coupon they referred me to the small hand written sign on the door (not at eye level) that said we don’t take coupons…so I left with nothing.

Ordered delivery on the app. 90 minutes pass, not only do I not have my food, but according to tracking on the app, the driver stopped at an apartment complex a few miles away 30 minutes in then vanished at the 90 minute arrival. Tried calling both the driver and the store, only to get no response. Remind me never to order from that store again

Food is good here, in fact I’ve never had a wrong order here. The reason for the bad review is there is no respect between boss and co-worker at this place. The manager is borderline verbally abusive but then so are most the employees when they talk to him.

Super friendly, AMAZING customer service. The manager working at 230am on the night of 9/2 (or morning of 9/3 however you look at it) should be doing corporate wide training on subway customer service. He was fantastic and his friendly demeanor is what will bring me back to his store.
