I went here tonight. Course I really want it a subway.
Then a was eating. When I notice something dark on the withe paper that they use to wrap the sub.
I looked and see a dry blood an it. That was disgusting. I almost vomited in my car.

Ordinary with individual tables and chairs to dine in. The service is aware tT louder is needed across the shelf coolers. Real people love a ordinary smile while the order is filling.

Horrible horrible experience. So I order one them slider things. Well 2. I was hungry and wanted a quick bite and the price suggested it was economical. It was not fulfilling, it took 15 min and was only 1 customer ahead of me only orders 1 sub, and apparently it cost extra for toppings which they never even asked if I wanted any. That little slider couldn’t feed a fill a baby mouse and I wasn’t satisfied after eating two. What a RIP off! And wa seed te of time and money. That was wack!

The black lady with braids in there just closes the store down and stops taking costumers whenever she feels like it: I have gone in there multiple times today and last week and she always says she’s not taking anyone because she has things to go in the back.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Worst customer service over all from the two elder ladies today morning shift. They throw the food, give you and attitude, literally roll their eyes for everything. They don’t know how to cut the food right. First time and last time we eat here. Please go to a different subway. Oh and as I’m writing this, they’re talking bad about other customers.

First they said they were closed when the store said they were supposed to be open for another 30 minutes. Then I went back again the next day told him I didn’t want the bread to be toasted and it was a steak and cheese sub and instead of warming up the steak and cheese in the microwave and then putting it on the sub she just straight put the code of me on there and put it all together and gave it to me it was so nasty though how to throw it away it was not edible,

This review made me feel conflicted. Customer service was most defiantly attempted! so shout out for that!!! however……
I want to start by saying im looking at this situation as a previous manager of multiple subways..
with that being said, this location needs to focus on better training efforts. for starters, anyone who knows subway training, knows you DO NOT toast the wraps. it makes them chewy and the parts not chewy ends up crunchy and inedible!! well my wrap apparently “needed” to be toasted.. gross, i didn’t eat it due to previous stated reasons.. then the other sandwich of my order was made so much earlier than the others that i had to take it and reheat it at home.
next, the veggies were down to the very bottom of the pans.. also something that shouldn’t happen.
a young man tried to take his break with seven people in line
no one was smiling or greeting customers
the store overall looks like it’s lacking SERIOUS management. i don’t blame the employees for that, but they have to WANT it to get better for it to be able to get better.
i’m very sorry but i WILL NOT return unless it gets a massive overhaul!!

Ordered offline. They never read order instructions and always do whatever they feel like doing. Gave me wrong bread, didnt toast, put sauce on the sub when i put in instructions not to put no sauce on the sub just on the side. I will never order here unless I come in.
