I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The food was kept partially prepared and left sitting for a while before the staff resumed making it. The person preparing my order seemed frustrated and handled the food with harsh, rushed movements. They were also speaking in another language in a way that felt unprofessional during the preparation. Overall, the service came across as rash and arrogant, and it made the whole experience uncomfortable.

This location is constantly out of food options and the service is subpar at best. None of the ingredients in both mine and my husband’s subs taste fresh. My husband threw his sub away in fear that his meatballs may be rotten due to weird taste and appearance. Waste of time and waste of money. Would avoid this location.

No signs have been removed from the store for specials. Everything we ordered they didn’t have anymore. Icee machine wasn’t working. The pop station was filthy. Tables was dirty had to wipe ourselves.

The service sucked and the staff was very rude.
They started putting whatever they wanted on my subs and many times I had to tell them to take it off.
She put a huge handful of something on my sub and when I asked what it was she simply responded “crunchy”

I found it strange that they have the meat and cheese covered so the customers cant see them. There are inaccurate prices displayed and they wont honor them.
Also, my child said “Thank you” to the worker about five times. I finally said “Dont say thank you anymore baby, hes not going to say you’re welcome”
Next time my son begs for Subway on the way out of Walmart, well drive to Gender Rd.

I love Subway. I stopped going to this one because of reasons I will not name. Heard they got a whole new crew in so I thought I would give it another try. Definitely better. And day shift is awesome. However your closing crew leaves alot to be desired. The last 2 nights I have tried to get something to eat before work.People there wanting to order but no one to take care of you. Just left the place unattended. No food to eat and if someone was not a good person you could have lost a lot more than customers. Definitely need to work on the closing shift. Tried it again tonight. Different person working. We talked about last night. Kudos to her. She made things right for my inconvenience. Definitely appreciate her taking the time to listen. Thank you.

I ordered my food online on the subway app but went to go pick it up at this location and it was closed. I still can not get a hold of anyone at this location. I don’t have my money back or a credit. I can’t get a hold of anyone at subway corporate office either. I’ve sent out 3 emails to the customer service and no response. I am highly upset. How is this app able to take orders at this location when the location isn’t open.

I literally just got food poisoning from eating here today. I highly advocate avoiding this subway at all cost. I’ve been vomiting everywhere and i don’t know if I should sue yet but i’m really thinking about it. Please go any where but this, to one human to another. Please take care of your health and don’t end up like me.
