Oh my God am I tired of this place. I’ve been there twice and had a bad experience both time. The first time I was spoken to like I was stupid the entire time because I’m nonverbal autistic, he didn’t flat out say that’s what it was but it’s very obvious to me when people do that. He spoke to the people I was with completely different than he spoke to me. He gave them human decency and I was mostly ignored. The second time was today with my husband. UberEats messed up the order and all my husband did was say that he hates using UberEats because of this and the person working (the only person working) kicked him out for it. His body language made my husband feel unsafe, the worker was clearly going to get physical with him if he didn’t leave even though all he said was that UberEats messed up. Wildly inappropriate.

Went today to get my lunch and I bought 2 Macadamia nut cookies and when I was eating the first one, I bit down and bit into something that was so hard it made my tooth hurt. When I pulled it out it was a sharp, brown piece of something. I don’t know what it is but this was unacceptable. I wish I could post a picture.

Do not go here. Two guys work here and both are miserable, mean, rude. I walked one with tattoos put his hand up at me and said “be a minute” didn’t even look at me. No one else was in the building. 2 more people walked in and he rolled his eyes and sighed. Then don’t even look at you. So insanely rude I will never return to this subway.

Dude working on the line was so stoned he didn’t hear the timer and let my sub burn to a crisp. The cashier removed it for him and for some reason it still got served to me. I’ll most likely never visit this location again.

After waiting for 30 minutes in line. The staff told Me to hold on went and called on the phone ,slammed bread trays saying they only had a certain amount of bread trays left. When the staff came back to the counter looked at me and my 2 children and said you’re only allowed to order 2 subs total. I politely told the staff that I needed a sandwich for all of us plus my husband and another child I was told no there was nobody behind me in line there was plenty of bread on the tray to service our family. Very disappointed will never go back to that location or maybe now any Subway again. I left with 2 crying children and an upset family when all we wanted to do was purchase our dinner and we’re not given a chance. Very disappointing.

However it would be nice if you could get someone to answer the phone because it seems lately we go in and they are out of something so I like to call before hand so I don’t drive there just to have to go somewhere else. Opened my sub to make sure it’s right just to see a bunch of hair on it. Ended up not getting to eat it but the rest of my family got to eat theirs. Definitely need hair nets or better hair nets.
