We just stopped at this location for the first time and everything was great! All of the vegetables were fresh and didn’t look like they were old. The bread was soft and actually looked like it was 12 inches. It was very clean and the staff were all really sweet. I ordered from my app in the parking lot which was very easy and they were already working on it when I walked in. 10/10 recommend

It was Subway, so it wasn’t expected to be anything great. I do believe they could’ve put more than just a couple of sorry pieces of meat on my child’s sandwich, though. Also, I’m not sure how they expect customers to wash their hands without any supplies in the restroom—employees, either, for that matter.

And I almost forgot: I’m not a contractor or the health department, but they should probably do something about the mold between the wall and the wallpaper. Pretty sure mold isn’t supposed to be there.

That is all.

Fun atmosphere, sandwich artists were true masters. My veggie sandwich was so delightful. Picnic tables outside were a nice break out of the car while we charged at the charging stations.

**Update** I just came back thru and the you g man in drive thru was so great! Thank you all for fixing my order and being so friendly and fast.

The young lady in the drive-through was very friendly and nice she was genuine and that is a rare quality to come by. Unfortunately I hate to say that they got my order wrong and missed an integral part of my order. so I have to go back and get that fixed, but they were really good about fixing it. They also have a Tesla supercharger station there with about 10 days in it so that’s great and convenient for those who own Tesla’s that are either passing through or away from where they regularly charge their Tesla’s at.

I asked for a footlong flatbread and they folded it the wrong way. When I asked for more meat because they did it wrong they said oh that’s just the way we do it. The meat station is hidden so I couldn’t see what they were doing either. I asked again at the register why I am being charged for a footlong when it is only six inches due to being folded the wrong way. The guy said there is nothing he can do about just pay your bill and move along. So glad I don’t near live here but just traveling through. Be warned you have to be overly specific if you want anything. The lady in front of us asked for a chicken salad and they misunderstood her as well. Please educate your employees. No shame in not knowing something until you’ve learned it but please be willing to learn.

Highly recommend this little mom & pop local business making sandwiches in elongated form off the side of the highway. The meatball sub is where they roll up meat into balls and put them on a sub. If they microwave the bread after, it becomes authentic Italian food. There’s private seating in the restrooms if you’re a shy eater or prefer a built in napkin dispenser. Try the fountain water! It’s super crisp and full of healthy fluoride. You can taste the Kentucky cave systems (thanks limestone!!!)

I recently visited this Subway location and was very disappointed with the experience. the food was not fresh — the bread was stale and the vegetables looked old and unappetizing.

I spend quite a bit of money at this location because I work in the area, and I’ve given them try after try hoping things would improve. Unfortunately, the quality remain disappointing. I won’t be spending any more money here unless they make improvements.

Didn’t go inside so I can’t speak on the place itself and stuff but damn. The footlong oreo cookie is amazing.

Also got this wrap thing but it tasted a little weird but the cookie was all i could think about.

The restaurant was slow, so went through drive thru as I was the only car in line. I asked for a meatball marinara not toasted, and the woman said she was gonna heat my meatballs as they weren’t hot enough and I didn’t want my bread toasted. I thanked her and then she once she said they were hot she asked for my veggies and anything else. I asked for light spinach, olives, onions and pickles. I also asked for mayo and she laughed for it being weird ( which is okay because it’s weird). I drove to the window and another woman asked what I ordered. So I had to tell her. Before handing me my food, they verified to see if my chips were correct, but they weren’t. I got home and there is only meatballs and cheese on the bread, which had been toasted! The meatballs were not remotely warm either.
So very disappointed in Etown subways. I will not eat at them anymore.

I hadn’t been to a Subway in a long time, but was hitting the road traveling and needed lunch. This one was convenient near the freeway. The service was very slow, seemed like only one person worked there, not sure. I had even specifically ordered a chicken salad sandwich with no customization to minimize my waiting time. But the worst part was how shocked I was at the price of only one small sandwich, no chips or drink, for a fast food drive through place!! $15.11! To me that price is more what I’ve paid at a sitdown restaurant.
