First time visiting. Went on a very busy Saturday morning. Good customer service. The inside was a bit small compared to other Starbucks that has ample indoor seating. They have great selections of everything from gift cards to drink and food items. They have only ran out of my favorite; velvet cake one time. My only complaint is the drive-thru line which makes it darn near impossible to park your car with ease even worse trying to back out. On your visit to this location, I recommend parking your vehicle on the street. There are many spots on the street and no parking meters which is great. This will save you so much time when you’re trying to leave and you won’t have to deal with the drive thru line holding you up from backing up.

They added so much ice in my grande cup and it took 2 sips to finish. All my other friends got less ice and enjoyed their beverage. Do better, be considerate of peoples time and money.

Probably the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to! Ordered 3 drinks and it took them 30 mins to make them. No lines in the store and in the end we got wrong drinks. We were in a rush so just left but i’d avoid this one.

Terrible service!! Never stopping here again!. Disappointed with this locations service. I was the first in line with my husband and child while 3 large families plus a few extra people came in shortly. I waited just about 18 mins for my cake pop, breakfast sandwich and an order of egg bites. Oh however, everyone who was behind us got their food and drinks before we did. And even after I checked in on our food they continued to serve others their food before ours. I never have used the race card but this is the first time in my life I felt discriminated against. I will do the 4 hour drive without Starbucks moving forward. Twenty Nine Palms gave the worst experience ever.

Most petty starbucks ever and worst customer service i asked for no ice, and they tried charging me for it and even gave me a quarter of a drink for full price. If the no ice thing was such a problem, they should’ve said so before they took my order. Instead, they spat on my face and ruined my drink. Terrible people who are entitled here I’m never get coffee from this place ever again

This is a beautiful location and open at 0430!! I definitely appreciate them being open so early. The staff was very friendly. Ordered were fast and the food/coffee good. Drive thru is a bit tricky in a larger vehicle, but our long bed Tacoma made it through.

Consistently great! I travel regularly and this location, in 29 palms, has become my “regular starbucks”. I have to take a minute to compliment the staff on doing an excellent job! Consistently good tasting, hot coffee, everyday (more than I can say for a lot of Starbucks).
