*FINALLY a winner!* I’m excited to have a good Subway so close to home.
I have swallowing and digestive difficulties, and I really cannot eat a dry sandwich, especially on bread that isn’t toasty enough. The combination of super toasted bread drowned in mayonnaise is exactly what I am looking for. Most places stop too soon.
My ham sandwich was so good that I didn’t even manage to snap a pic until I paused from feasting halfway through.
Twice as much onion would have made it perfect. I eat this salad style with the toasted bread as ‘croutons’.

Said order was delivered and it was not. Called the store and I was told to call Doordash, though I ordered it from this store and not through Doordash. Asked for a refund, the manager hung up on me and said no refund. Thirty minutes later I get an order that was totally wrong and missing items. Called store and asked for a refund, and was told they will not give me a refund. Cannot call customer service as no number exist and tried to chat online and was told the store didn’t exist so they could not help me. Ridiculous.

I usually have a fine experience here. It’s the subway INSIDE of the shell gas station there. Anyway… This time, I was having a communication issue with one of the workers there, and I did not get what I wanted at first. He just smiled and nodded and acted like he understood me when we both knew he did not, which was a little annoying because he was basically trying to shoo me away. I stayed, however, because it was two gift cards I wanted on top of the two sandwiches I got, so I needed the help somehow. Another guy who knows me better (cuz I come in there all the time) helped me. No offense, I’m not hating, but he knew better English…. so in the end, all good. Sandwich could have been better, tho. I always get the same sandwich. Idk. Something was off this time.

This is by far the best and cleanest Subway in Northern KY! It’s always neat and tidy and the help is friendly and courteous. Food and service are always excellent! The best Subway around hands down!!!

Good service. Bread is lightly toasted then other Subway’s. Bread is better toasted all the way then it just feeling like it’s toasted on the side.

I used my Simon Kenton Pioneer card and had a Buy one, get one free 6 in w drink and chips. We chose the Turkey bacon ranch with root beer and doritos! I split it w the kiddos! Great service! Food was fresh and delicious. Sk football team is selling the Pioneer cards for $20 at the home games. Tons of deals from local merchants and restaurants. Can be used daily til July 2020.
