I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SUBWAY, I COULD LITERALLY EAT THERE EVERY DAY!! MY FAVORITE SUB IS THE COLD CUTS ON ITALIAN HERBS AND CHEESE BREAD WITH CHIPOTLE SOUTHWEST SAUCE BANANA PEPPERS PICKLES CHEESE AND A LITTLE BIT OF LETTUCE, AND I LIKE IT EITHER COLD OR HEATED.

I ordered a roast beef sub,when the sub roll separated by touching it, I thought why? Old? Yup not fresh. The other 2 were the same. 2 1/2 subs 2 bags of chips, 2 dr.peppers 48.00$ what??? Yup! 2 AM my wife was puking! A#99 home run ham? Spoiled! My roast beef sub, I was projectile vomiting at 6 AM! Not the 1st time here, but the last time! Is it just here?! This location should be closed! Don’t think il ever go into a subway again.

I was greeted as soon as I went in. I got the classic turkey sub except I added some spinach. I would have added some fresh slices of mozzarella but they don’t have it anymore . They do have a footlong chocolate chip cookie that’s amazing. Really hit the spot.

The last 3 orders I’ve made online have been completely messed up! I get home (15 minutes away) only to find my sandwiches are wrong. The overall type of sandwich has been correct, but they neglect to put half of what you ordered on them. For the prices I’m paying, the sandwich should at least have the toppings I’ve ordered! If something is out, that’s fine! But at least notify me and ask if I still want the sandwich! Don’t just bring my order out, hand it to me, and walk off. PS: personality also goes a long way when you’re working with the public. After this 3rd incident I won’t be back, and that sucks because there are only 2 restaurants I can eat at in Harlan and Subway WAS one of them. Once can be excused, but 3 times in a row? That’s just a failure to pay attention to details and orders.

Went to subway on may 3 got bad service on the evening shift. All the girl did was talk to her friend. And when she got to and my friend. It took her so long to get it done. And then she over looked my friend. So my friend walked out the girl over looked her and the two others so they walked out two. I would have but my sandwich was kind started. So I got bad service. And will not go back.

We went here a few weeks ago for 2 of their subway bread rolls at $3.00. Hard to find good bread here for a homemade sub. Well we stopped here a little bit ago and the girl behind the counter had to call someone to find out what to charge. How in the holy hockeystick did she tell us that it would be $16.59 for 2 subway rolls with nothing on them just the bread? She said she was told to charge us for a veggie sub which I feel is price gouging if I ever saw it. It is bread and you feel necessary to steal from customers for what purpose? I will gladly drive 30 minutes out of my way to not come back to a business that would rather grossly overcharge a customer than gain a positive review.

The last time I went was an awful experience. And it will be the very last time I ever go there. The server was awful, very unfriendly and hateful. This was the second time in a row this same server was working there and both times she was very unpleasant. They are constantly running out of either a type of bread or ingredients or both!! When they actually have everything, the food quality is good, that is the only reason for the second star.
