I only go here when I get a gift card, and combine with various reward offers. Much too $$$ for me. But, I did a pick-up today on NYD, and I will say they loaded both of my sandwiches up and were not stingy. Sandwiches were excellent Minus 1 star because again, the cost.

I wish it was possible to give this place 0 stars. The environment is disgusting they have had a knat problem for the last four months that has only recently gotten slightly better. There is mold in places that are unimaginable, and the silverware is never clean. The last straw for me was getting a stomach bug after consuming their food, it is disgusting. Friendly word of advice close the store and re evaluate the cleanliness and values of the store.

Cashier was Heaven;
Not only was the individual who took our order very passive aggressive and curt. But the service that my husband and I received was atrocious.
Between our food being horribly burnt and the bread flipped upside down so that we wouldn’t be able to see the quality unless we took the sandwiches apart – to our salads having clumps of hair in it. I was disgusted, and disappointed. We only stopped by after 24 straight hours of driving, and the service was very poor. I encourage anyone else in the future to avoid the drive through as the service was displeasing.

the workers here simply DO NOT care! mayb bc the store is ran by a bunch of highschoolers. i’ve only ordered twice online from this store but they messed up my order both time! first time my chicken avocado melt did not have avocados. second time: i ordered 2 sets of you pick two. one of the them had a salad– no salad was given to me. both sets of order had apples as a side. no apples insight when i opened the bag. the BLT sandwich was poor-looking and made from the lowest effort– a 3-year old could say this. bad bad bad service!

Disappointing order tonight! The Asian Sesame Chicken Salad did not even fill half of the container. And the inside is ridiculously unbelievable. It seems like they’re leftovers from the cutting board! And the bread!!!! Look at this burnt bread that feels like it’s been baked weeks ago! This is the first in the many times that I’ve in this location. I’m disappointed!

i recently visited this Panera with my grandma and some other family members, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. When they called our name, I assumed our order was ready, but an employee was quite rude and abruptly took my mac & cheese away, saying they were organizing things. Like seriously? Why call our name if you’re gonna snatch the plate from my hand when i try to take it off the counter? On top of that, the silverware was dirty, and they completely messed up my friend’s coffee order.

Anyone who can’t make a simple turkey bacon bravo should be fired. There is no hope for a human so poor and lazy to find quality in the work they made me pay for. I mean the laziness of the worker to throw one piece of turkey and a slice of bacon and give it to me as my order is simply trash and insulting. I could order a steak dinner across the street for less than what I paid for a pice of lunch meat.

The African American woman that was preparing dishes was very rude to me, they put my ticket on another persons food and when I told her about it she snapped at me. She then threw my spoon on my dish, this was not a very good person to work in food service. I could not find a manager to complain about her. I will never go to that Panera again, I will tell everyone that I know about this too!!! I have a message for people like that, if your not happy with your job stay home !!!!!!!!!

We waited nearly 20 minutes for 20 sandwiches, a pastry and a drink. One of the sandwiches was cut in half and the other half was a completely different sandwich and the pastry wasn’t in the bag at all.

The cashier would not stop folding boxes the entire time we tried to order- very rude. Over charged us by ‘adding’ rather than sub as it should be. The entire time we were at the counter there was a manager, a shorter woman with brown hair, who would not stop yelling! She was very dramatic and rude as we observed the way she talked to /treated staff. Blah. Not a welcoming or pleasant experience at all.
Also, avoid the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl. Yuck. Most expensive item on the menu and most disappointing. Jack/box has a more tastier option for half the price.
