Best Taco Bell I have been to in years. Excellent prices. Cashier did not make us order off the screen. Good old-fashioned service. Bean burritos were the best-tasting ones we have had in several years. Made perfectly. Friendly staff. Been having some issues with Taco Bells across the country but this one was great!

The food was great, and they got all of our customizations correct, dedpite being busy. Service was friendly but quite slow. Biggest detractor was that the women’s bathroom door doesn’t lock. Overall, though, a good experience!

Lobby was filthy and soda machine was dirty with soda everywhere. Homeless people digging in trash cans for fountain drink cups. We were disgusted.

Here over lunch and it was CRAZY busy, which is great to see, but could tell the staff was stressed and frustrated. They didn’t do anything wrong like yell at each other or show anger, could just see they were all working hard. Very friendly. Maybe a little understaffed? Otherwise, food was good as usual. Was awesome to be on the Historic Route 66.

Nice staff but the food was sucky. The burritos were not evenly spread so 1 bite was all lettuce, the next chicken, and the last all the chipotle ranch. Soda machine also needed some syrup refills.

This taco bell takes WAY TOO LONG!!! There wasn’t even a lot of customers and they had us waiting in the drive through for at least 25 minutes. The portions are small and the service is below a 1 star. If there wasn’t a block wall blocking us in I would have just left but nope, I’m stuck here having to wait. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TACO BELL!!!

I would not recommend eating here at all! Calling cooperate and filing a formal complaint! This is the 2nd time the night shift did my family dirty! Idk why they can’t make food right….everyone has a job to do…I have a job…I work my but off and definitely don’t deserve this treatment! How in anyone’s right mind…does this look right to anyone? Your not normal if u think these food items look right! And on top of that…u make me drive all the way back to get a refund to show u…so I did…I was honest enough to say my husband at the taco and burrito…how hard was it for u to just explain that you were going to charge me for them!! think about this….I waisted 1.5 hours of my time 11 miles of my car mileage and 3.50 n gas to prove ur staff made a mistake! U didn’t apologize or explain that I charged me for the 2 items and now when I called and asked why almost 2 hrs later…im mad! yes I’m cussing and I’m sorry because that’s not me…but u wouldn’t give me ur name again…im still filing a complaint with cooperate I have the other pictures from the last mistake as well…i just gotta find them….so sad…this really upset me!! n if u look at my reviews…I don’t comment negative! unless it’s needed! This store is crying for desperate help! Management..

The taste and flavors are the same at all Taco Bells, which we like. The crispy tacos we got here were crumbled, so basically a taco “salad.”
