Every time I come into this location all the employees are super nice and ready to help me. I usually come in the evenings, so lately I’ve been seeing Caleb and Grace. They are both so polite and helpful. They are very funny and keep me laughing as well. Not to mention the best part..they make the best sandwiches every time!! Will continue coming to this location. ESP if they are working! Good job Caleb and Grace!! Keep up the good work!!

There was a large cling ad on the glass and then the glass was super dirty. I mentioned it and got no response from the employee. He then acted like he got a huge bonus for left over food. He put less cheese than normal, put barely any of the topings we asked for, and acting bothered when we asked for more. The “more” we asked for was less than what employees (at every Subway) add to sandwiches. The lady who checked us out was nice. Our receipt says 9/23 5:53:12 pm. But with how he seemed so troubled with actually using topings he might have been the manager trying to cut costs.

Ordered 6 inches sub, not quite 6 inches, smallest sandwich I’ve ever seen, asked for plenty of black olives she said sure, like she really did it!! but only allowed to give 4 little olives per six inch, 6 olives for an entire foot long!! I remember when u could get as many veggies u like! Prices go up but quality has went way down, will never support subway again!

Showed up and drive thru was closed due to staffing issues. Went in to pick up my order that I already paid for on the App, they were supposedly out of a few items on my order. The cashier refused to offer a replacement and then I asked for my money back on the items I wouldn’t be getting. But the cashier ignored my request as if I wasn’t there. I’m not sure how that is legal, I paid for services that were not received. So glad to be moving to Lexington this weekend, maybe I’ll find a much better Subway location. This store is a joke. Never again.

Couldn’t hear at the Drive thru as the volume was inaudible. I asked if I could pull around and order. They were very rude about this. I will NEVER be stopping at their location again. Save yourself the trouble…way too many other good places to eat in Mt Sterling than to waste your time on this garbage of a place.

My husband and I went here and we were very disappointed. We had to go through the drive through because dining area was closed. We ordered salads. They put the wrong meats on the wrong salads. My husband orderd the cold cut salad and they just plopped the meat on top with out cutting it up. They left my dressing off and honestly the salads weren’t worth buying. They didn’t put much veggies in it at all. Probably will not come back to this subway.

Been through here plenty of time as many other subway locations. First time someone told me they couldn’t heat the meat ONLY in their microwave. Pregnant women aren’t supposed to eat lunch meat unless it’s been heated to a certain temperature. This location and many others have heated meat only for us. The other person said she could and she did it with an attitude and then was kinda rude the rest of the time. I’ll go back but if I keep having to deal with rude employees I promise I won’t be back and my generous 4 star will quickly diminish.

Went thru drive thru, couldn’t hear the cashier so I pulled to window, was told by cashier to come inside and order because there was a car behind me. Not sure what the car behind me had to do with it so I came to door and she met me saying the door was broke, at that point I told her maybe your boss should fix all the broken things wrong with the store so everyone isn’t inconvenienced!!!! Same employee told me to leave!!! Evidently there is a problem at this location with broken speakers in drive thru that you can barely hear what there saying along with broken doors and rude employees!!!! No worries I won’t be back there are plenty of other places I can spend my money

I have came here multiple occasions to get a sub with strictly salami, pizza sauce, and mozzarella cheese. I went there today to get it and I got some attitude from the cashier saying her manager was right beside her and they can’t make my sandwich like that anymore. SUBWAY IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE PLACE WHERE YOU CAN BUILD A SANDWICH HOW YOU LIKE. Literally every commercial I see on TV it depicts a restaurant where you can build the sandwich you want. I will not be going back to this subway simply because they told me a lie. Yes you can ring the salami up, because I HAVE GOTTEN THIS SANDWICH AT LEAST 10 TIMES AT A SUBWAY. Not going back to a place that has corrupt employees that lie just so their job is easier!
