The store is not managed good at all. Take a look at how dirty it is…it’s bad everywhere. Some of the folks that make the sandwiches do a good job but some seem like they are not trained at all. The owner does not take coupons…why? In my opinion I would go to another store if you can…the worst Subway I’ve ever been to.

The garlic chicken was absolutely nasty. I forced myself to eat half. I gave the other half to my son and he took one bite and threw it away. I’ve ordered from this Subway many times and for some reason, just recently they have changed the way they make and bake the cookies … I’m not sure why all of a sudden they are bigger and flakier.. I miss the flat and properly baked cookies they had .. this is just horrible and doesn’t even taste the same.

Last night I ordered sandwiches for my family. I’ve always called my order in on my way home from work. The clerk taking my order was put out on the phone and when I reached the Mt. Washington location was rudely informed that he did me ‘a favor’ by taking my order on the phone because they no longer do that, I must order through the app. I’m sorry, but since when am I doing a restaurant a favor by giving them my business. They should be worried about earning my hard earned dollars and loyalty. This is what is wrong with our economy. They feel entitled to my business and don’t feel the need to please the customer, so they will return. Mt. Washington Subway will no longer get my business.

I have been to this location several times. The drive through ordering display has never worked. I thought no big deal I’ll order online. When I ordered online it was 15 minutes late, had mayo on the outside of the sandwich and a huge thumb pressed into a portion of the bread. It also didn’t look anything like the fresh melt pictures did (no toasting lines or anything). My children when they were 2 could make better sandwiches. Try putting some pride into your work.

I was there today (10/14) around 12:15PM and an elderly couple in front of me in line (especially the woman) were like, sooooooooo rude for no reason. She was making fun of the employees and talking down to them so disrespectfully. I should’ve said something and I feel bad that I didn’t. The staff killed her with kindness, and didn’t even bat an eye. I always have a great experience here and will continue coming back. You all rock! Don’t let people treat you like this we appreciate you out here!

Very professional and helpful when having app issues and still recieved my order in a timely manner. We got a cold cut combo and and Italian BMT along with white chip macadamia nut cookies and raspberry cheese cake cookies, as well as bottle coke products. Will definitely be returning.
