This is the WORST Subway I have ever been to. I get there and ask for an Italian salad and she looked confused. The lady must have started today, which I am understanding of. She asked the other lady if she ever made one… again confusion. So now I’m confused. Anyways, they “get it together”. They initially don’t even cut the meat, I had to ask. I was so distracted by the horrible quality of their vegetables that I didn’t even pay attention to how little the amount of lettuce she put in the container was. No wonder they were confused, they probably don’t know what a salad is… obviously. All of this, by the way, took 20 minutes. That’s 20 minutes and $20 (my boyfriend’s sub was ehh, but edible) that I’ll never get back.

One star because I couldn’t leave zero stars. We just left Subway. My husband and I stopped in for lunch and waited 10 minutes and no one was there to serve us. We called the store phone and yelled out for them to help us and nothing. We also were not the only customers that left without any service.

4/12/2022: First off the time on the app and they time the store actually closes was different when I placed an order. When I got there they were closed and I did not get my order. It has now been two weeks and I have not gotten a refund at all.

I placed an order at 8:10 pm on a Friday evening. I was there at 8:25 to pick it up only to be greeted at the door with a “WE’RE CLOSED!!!” Well what about the online order I just placed. “You’ll have to come talk to the manager in the morning (Saturday) and get it or a refund.” Not a way to run a business especially after I’ve already paid for my food via online order and it showed you all were still open.

Very upset. They added extra stuff to my sandwich and gave me the wrong bread. The online order was pretty specific. I’m allergic to many things. Thankfully I got the tomatoes off in time. I didn’t even have tomatoes on there.
