Worst subway i have been to, the manager seems to be all over the place. Usually leaving staff by themselves, and that’s not the worst of it, I have seen live roaches on the floor. I use to come all the time, i don’t think i’ll be returning. it has went downhill.

They dont take coupons, and their food has completely went down hill as far as quality, the look, and taste screams. “We are going under!” Once upon a time they had some good chicken; well I maybe I’m going to far calling it “good” but it was at least not this trash, looking like how they make hot dogs trying to hide it by making it “chopped”! We can see . My husband loves the meat ball sub, and my son loves the pizza, so that’s all it’s got going for it.

Do not care if what goes out the door is edible. Bottom of bread doughy, not fully baked. Upon further inspection Inside of bread was brown, and meat slices were greyish green in color. Pictures I took say it all.

You aren’t willing to accept coupons due to rising costs. I am not willing to bring my money to your location without using coupons due to rising costs. When you accept coupons I will bring my money back to your store. Until then you can do without my patronage…3yrs later and I still don’t mind driving to the next nearest store to spend my money and use the coupons we all get. Just tell me you don’t want my money.

Stopped in to grab a sandwich. Two young girls get up from a table and go behind counter. The shorter of the two opens her phone and begins a video recording and props the phone up so the video is recording them, the food line and me. I don’t know if it was a livestream or if she was just recording a video. I ask her to stop and she refuses and is laughing into the camera while the other makes the sandwich. I ask for the manager and she shakes her head no. I ask for manager number and she says no. I tell her I’m federal public health and she finally stops recording. She had been flipping and touching her hair while smiling, laughing and looking into the video, absolute food code violations. Not to mention recording against my wishes. Praying they didn’t do something to the food and were recording and making fun of customers. She needs to be fired and the manager needs to make sure customers can reach them.

very disrespectful. walked away while my sandwich was sitting there said “they are gonna have to wait” and when we said something back she followed us to our vehicle stating she doesn’t have to explain anything to us and she isn’t supposed to be there today like it’s our fault she has a job at subway.

The portions are terrible. The sandwich was cold. There was barley any meat on it. I thought that Subway put more meat on their samdwiches as advertising on TV and on the internet. Surprise surprise they lied. I’ll make sure to write a letter to Corporate about this matter. After that next is get a lawyer. It’s time that all these crooked corporations pay for their lies and theithery.
