The 2 ladies in there were awesome and the store was immaculate, my only complaint is; I wish subway would stop sending coupons in the mail IF no one honors it. Was going to use cash but instead had to use my card because it was doubled for 3 sandwiches. Absolutely not the employees fault but they might come across a disgruntled customer one day and that is not right.

I placed an order through the app on March 4 2018. My phone number is in my contact info through the app yet no one bothered to call and tell me there was no white bread. The girl at the window was quick to say well it hasn’t even been made yet. I told her I had already paid for it. She offered a refund but since I was on my way to work I told them I would take wheat. She handed me sandwich no thanks no sorry. By the way, bread hard, sandwich terrible. Deleting app.

Go through the drive thru. While I am ordering the person tells me they are out of spinach. No big deal . I continue with my order . I go to put in my 3 sandwich a women comes on the speaker and ask me rudly if that completes my order. I said no I have one more order. She says you paying with card or cash . I said card. Well she going to tell me after all that time ,which they could have when they told me there was no spinach that the card machine was not working. I would have to pay with cash. I said how about on the inside . No, it’s not working. At this point I feel like they just didn’t want to make the food. Normally I don’t leave reviews ,but honestly feel like they don’t even deserve a one star with customer service.

Tonight I went into Subway and was greeted by a sweet lady, Veanna is her name I think. She was so kind and made my sandwich exactly how I asked her to. Most Subways I go to, I can’t get them to do what I ask, but this girl did it exactly how I wanted and was nice about it. We actually ended up talking a few minutes and I even offered her a job with our company. We need more employees with a great attitude like hers. Good job ! 🙂
