To whoever owns this particular Subway, or Subway in general let me just say I’ve never had a bad experience here! However, you need more staff. There’s two restaurants in this town, and one sandwich artist ain’t cutting it. Now the young guy serving today did fantastic! Moves quickly, always has a great attitude and is extremely professional! Order is always spot on! When the line is backed up to the door though, everyone and anyone would need some help. It’s $10+ for sandwiches and convenience. More help shouldn’t be a problem I would think.

I walked into the subway in Decatur Ms today and asked for 2 foot longs and I wanted rotisserie chicken on half of one and Black Forest ham on the other half. I was told that I had to get the same meat. She said that it wouldn’t be a foot long. I will never return to subway.

1st time in Decatur, Mississippi. The service was excellent. We were dropping my nephew off at the college. A long way from New Orleans Babee, but the ladies made the experience wonderful.

Wish I could give zero stars. Awful experience. The lady who served claimed to be the manager and she was extremely rude.
Rolled her eyes at my every response, tossed my food around, the sandwich looked poorly and the vegetables were slimy. The steak was sour. The bread was burnt.
It was so repulsive, I asked for a refund, returned the sandwich with my receipt and she REFUSED to give my money back.
She constantly sighed, mumbled rude comments under her breath and rolled her eyes.

Put in online order before 8. According to website and Google they are open until 9:30. Arrived to be told they are out of bread and that if I wanted a refund (why wouldn’t I if I didn’t receive my order) I would need to contact the manager in the morning. Went in to find some purple headed kid making a sandwich for his girlfriend with the non-existent bread while listening to her cuss on the phone about people putting in orders delaying him from coming home. Over an hour before they are supposed to close.

Worst experience I’ve had with this subway. The husky looking black woman with short hair made my sandwich sloppily and didn’t listen when I said I was allergic to mayo. Instead of remaking it, she just wiped it off and I couldn’t eat it. I would’ve had to go to the hospital. I asked her to remake it and she rolled her eyes and went to the next customer and utterly ignored me.
She shouldn’t work there if that’s how she treats people. Huge disappointment. Won’t be eating here for a while.

It’s as a Subway should be. Workers doing their job. Online orders usually are the bomb, so I leave a good tip along with it. Never fails to disappoint.

I dont know why and can’t explain it but a sub from Decatur is much better than other Subways! Maybe it’s they care, smile, enjoy having their jobs, appreciate your business, even if if you stop in 5 minutes before closing and have to count at cash plus have a on working app…..
