This was our first time visiting Wildwood, New Jersey, and while the overall atmosphere in town was fair and the food at other places was just okay, discovering Tony’s Pizza truly made our trip special. We were all so impressed by the warm, welcoming staff and the outstanding service.

We ordered the Grandmother’s Pie, a fresh mozzarella cheese pie, steak and cheese grinders, and some finger foods like mozzarella sticks and crispy buffalo wings. We also had a Caesar salad and a chef’s salad. Everything was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and made with care.

I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but for Tony’s Pizza, I felt it was a must. If you’re ever in Wildwood, do yourself a favor and stop by — you won’t be disappointed!

We just got to wildwood from Virginia. My husband is originally from Philly and has always talked about missing tomato pies. We saw lots of good pizza places but Tony’s had high reviews AND Grandma pies! It was easy to order online and we didn’t have to wait long for it to be ready. My husband LOVED his pie. I like that it was not greasy or heavy. The cheese, sauce, and dough each had tasty balanced flavors. I enjoyed my meatball sub. Grateful to have such a great experience night 1. The staff was nice and provided plates and napkins when asked.

After a long drive and a late arrival into town, all we wanted was a good bite to eat, and Tony’s absolutely hit the spot.
This place was a perfect find. We were starving, and Tony’s delivered exactly what we were craving. Their pizza is fantastic—perfectly cheesy with a great crust. But the real star of the show might just be their steak sandwiches. Loaded with savory steak and fresh ingredients, they were everything you could want and more.
If you’re ever in need of a great, no-frills meal that truly satisfies, especially late at night, Tony’s is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

First night in town and my wife and I were craving pizza. We researched pizza near us and found that Tony’s Pizza had 4.7 stars so we thought we’d give it a shot. One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Looked nothing like the pictures. The pizza was over cooked, very thin, very hard, and had no flex to it whatsoever (think cardboard). The sauce and cheese quality tasted like the cheapest around. Pizza is my favorite food, and I can slam down a large pie to myself, but I had one slice, she had one slice, and we threw it out. I wouldn’t expect much if the pizza was around 15 bucks, but for 24 dollars it was a complete waste of money.

My family and I were looking for a place to eat before heading to the boardwalk. Luckily we found Tony’s pizza! We went inside to order pizza and drinks. The restaurant is cash only but there is an ATM inside. My mom’s card would not work. We tried several times and decided that we would have to eat elsewhere. What happened next had us feeling so grateful, with bellies full of delicious pizza. If you have the chance, stop in and eat at Tony’s Pizza! You won’t regret it!

So maybe we should have went with the pizza…. decided to get a few sandwiches and wings. Being a chef for 20 years I don’t expect the world from people because I’ve had to train someone who referred to a power washer as a spray gun motor jawn. If there’s a food you can think of I’ve eaten it burnt and undercooked. This was not the case…..

For a chicken parm sandwich, which was described as being a breast cutlet sandwich, was 2 chicken tenders cut into strips. Shortcuts aren’t frowned upon but when the actual filling in a sandwich is so insignificant it has you having flashbacks of drunken nights at philly tourist sandwich shops were not off to a good start.

Chicken wings, not a hard fix. Vent the lid. Good wings when not soggy. A little on the overcooked side but if you don’t “fry them shytes hard” you get complaints I’m sure. Hot sauce wasn’t watered down and actually coated all the wings nicely. Not huge but atleast decent sized, didn’t make me feel like someone’s killing sparrows outback which was nice.

But the cheesesteak…. what in the actual French connection shirt did I purchase. Tiny, bland, but atleast not dry, which isn’t saying much when you squirt it with water to melt the cheese. So it was one slab of meat on a roll. Meat plated one inch from the ends of the roll was the first indication of a fun time. So for reference after cooked weight is usually x.75 of pre-cooked. Trying to keep it positive here so go you 4oz cheesesteak you! Don’t remember being able to stuff all of a steaks meat in a 2.5oz souffle container before. First time for everything huh?

I had just bought a condo in the area and heard great things about their grandma pizza. It was absolutely amazing. While waiting had a chance to talk to the owner. He was personable and took pride in the pie. I will definitely be back

Tony’s NY Pizza was delicious and had great customer service. We were in town for a softball tournament and placed a large order for the team and families. They worked with us on scheduling, helped figure out how much to order, showed up right on time and everything was hot and so good. Definitely recommend!
