I had a large, complicated order for the girls High School softball team. I arrived later than I would have liked, so I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to deliver the order before the team bus left. All the employees were extremely polite! They triple checked my order to make sure all was good, and I was out in under 10 minutes. Very happy with my experience!

I didn’t get the young woman’s name at drive through today during lunch, but she was the most pleasant person I have encountered at a fast food restaurant in a long time. Her demeanor over the intercom and at the window was top notch. She was full of smiles and just really pleasant. We don’t see it enough and we don’t acknowledge enough when do see it. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Not sure who the young lady working the window is at 4pm 12/4, but she was so sweet and just radiates such joy and happiness. Chalupa was terrible but that’s ok because your employees are always so friendly!

So we just need to get ready for the norm to be self-service, long wait times with poor customer service? A long with rising prices, the fabric of a better experience should come with it. Ordered to items didn’t even eat the second one. This was supposed to have been a Mexican pizza. They filled it as if it was a taco. SMH!

Would not recommend getting the new chicken nuggets, not only does it look unappetizing it tastes like grease. Not sure if they just needed to change their fryer oil or what but this is not worth the $8 I paid for it. On top of this we were also missing our nachos from the order. We have come here quite a few times over the past few months, we are always missing stuff from my order, food isn’t that great, and staff couldn’t care less. This was our last straw with Taco Bell… you want us to pay premium money for disgusting food? Yeah no, we’ll take our business elsewhere.

Garbage establishment. Waited in line for five minutes to pick up a DoorDash order that was already completed and waiting behind the counter. I was ignored at the front counter. I wrapped around in the drive-through to pick up the order that way, I was then told to go back inside. What kind of a garbage establishment are you running that you don’t want to give people the food that they’ve paid for? Shut it down and clean house. This is a joke.
