We’ve never really had a bad experience at our local subway. The service is a bit spotty sometimes. We understand turnover and with different people, come different attitudes. That’s ok. We always order through the app. We’ve had to wait a handful of times over the years but it has still been good each time. It’s a nice option to have when we don’t feel like cooking.

This is by far, the slowest, slowest Subway on record. It takes them 30 minutes just to wait on one customer every time I’ve come in. This girl takes my order, and then she starts making something else. She says she’s got online orders. At that point, I leave. I left here another time because I got tired of waiting. This my last time at this Subway..

The worker Mary up there has a problem. Every time we go up there she is rude as all get out. Not only is she rude to customers if you ask for something and she has to get it she slams things around acting like it’s a problem. If you don’t want to work there then don’t but don’t take it out on customers or the other employees. It’s bc of customers you have a job. They really need to find someone else up there.

In Flora Ms.they sure could find some better servers just pitiful..she was in the back doing something unrelated to work and I actually waited 6-7 mind for her to come and take my order and then even she was quite rude and dumped all the chicken etc..onto a flatbread and squeezed it till the juices ran out then when I got home I went to try n eat this concoction and it was just soaked in grease and fell apart so I fed it to my cat..glad to say he didn’t get ill..

The vegetables looked like it had been a long time since the containers had been changed and washed. Also the pickles looked pale and very old. Not the best experience I’ve ever had at subway. In fact it was the worst subway I’ve ever seen.

The order was placed on line, pick up time was aprox 20 minutes later, they did not start making it till I was there several minutes. This was around 5 pm and they were busy. Went back today, couldn’t get anyone to take my order.
