Ordered online for an office meeting. To be delivered at 11:45. No food by noon. Called store and they said they called an Uber to pick it up and it was out of their control. Uber did not even pick up food until 12:15. Jimmy John’s did not taking responsibility. Sandwich orders were wrong too. Young kids at store that do not care how the reflect for their employer. I would be surprised if the owner cares. We will see if they respond.

the last two sandwiches I bought had excessive fat on the ham, uneditable. The bun was stale and the sandwich very dry. I called the store the day after the first bad sandwich and they couldn’t do anything about it unless I had called same day. They also told me the owner said if the ham is overly fatty they still have to use it. I thought I’d give them another shot. Now I’m done. Don’t have money to waste. They use to be consistently good. Too bad.

4 employees only one actually doing the work. Others were too preoccupied with their phones to pay attention to the tables needing cleaned. Also, why do they park as close to the entrance as possible, forcing customers to have to park further away. Owner should address this.

I am quite annoyed. No issue with the food on this review. But an issue with not putting any sandwich numbers or names on the wrapper. I don’t want to have to open up someone else’s sandwich looking for my sandwich. This has been a repeat issue with ordering from this location and I just felt the need to voice my opinion in hopes that something will change.

I really miss the days of “freaky fast” I have to work through lunch often, Jimmy Johns has always been my go-to, it used to only take 20 minutes or less to get my sandwich, which was perfect. for the last 6 months or so. We’re pushing 45min almost an hour. And they don’t even deliver it themselves – it goes through uber, I’m not sure if they can’t find drivers or are not hiring for cost. But I’m about to find other lunch options.

Current lunch crew is devoid of customer service. They do say “have a nice day” when you leave though. Plus, this is endemic to all JJ locations: they aren’t “Freaky Fast” anymore; not like the JJ of 10-15 years ago. Nowadays it’s more like “Freaky Wait a While.”
