Arrived 30 minutes before closing and was refused. Came next day to get Sub of the day($10.69 w/ sides). At register, screen read $15, at which point i was assured by cashier the price will be $10.6. She talked me into giving them a $20 bill, gave me a $5 back. I refused to collect and asked for a refund and was denied. “Got to wait till you see the manager” says the employee. Went back following day and got told to come back at 5 P.M.
Never have I ever had such pathetic experience at any subway store, the employees are toxic and disrespectful; towards the owners and managers too. I asked for the managers’ number, one of the employee says, “I dont even care what his number is.”
Horrible customer service. Would give a negative star if I could, for stealing my $20.

Update… 7/13/25 830pm door is locked.
Sign on door says they close at 930pm
Not too bad for Subway. However I’ve had better at other Subways. Inside is clean but parking lot & driveway are terrible. Better come in a lifted truck. Better have good shocks & struts. Lots of potholes. At least 50.

Say they close at 11 they saw me pulling up and ran to the door and locked it at 9:30, all three being outside. then acted like they were cleaning when they were just all outside, I blew the horn and got them to open the door because they dont close till “11” and they just called me annoying, asked why I couldnt cook at home. and just had dumb remarks the whole time. you will have the same experience if you go there around that time, has happened to me multiple times now.

I ordered a 6 in turkey sandwich on yesterday. I asked for Italian bread but the server gave me white bread. The manager told her to remake the sandwich. She didn’t want to remake the sandwich and she had a very bad attiude…throwing my sandwich around. The manager took over and I told the young lady about her bad customer service. I asked the manager for her name but he refused to give me her name. Description of young lady is dark complexion and short. Do not visit subway in Fayette. I will not return. I wished I would have never spent my money there.

The sandwich prepares are rude and they rush the customers. If you order a sandwich online it just be thrown together. I ordered the meatball sub. I asked for the meatballs to be cut in half at every subway I visit if that’s the sub I’m getting. Here they tells me they not allowed to cut them in half and asked me why I want them cut in half. I ask for them to be cut in half so they won’t be sliding out the sandwich when you go to bite into it. If u ask for some extra veggies or sauce some just ignore your request. Place would be great to eat if they will train their employees on customer service.

Stopped twice during road trips and have always gotten good service and well made sandwiches. They were out of a few things, but not a big deal. Pretty impressive for a place so far out.

It is good for a quick bite but not worth the stop if something else is open thats not full. This subway was fresh and clean, but subway is kinda now a days. Have not expanded menu enough to keep up with consumer demand.
