I have never been so offended by a place of business. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Tonight I placed an online order. I received notification that it was on its way (I live 5-10 min. away). After over a half an hour I called. I was told by the owner it had just left and the food would be hot. It arrived 10 minutes later and was cold (not even warm). I again called and spoke to someone who went to get the owner. I could hear them talking and was then placed on hold for a few minutes. When the owner came on the phone he was rude when I told him I was told the food had just left the restaurant but arrived cold and one of the meals was not made to order. His response was that they had a lot orders to deliver. Not addressing that I was lied too and the order was wrong . He then stated “what would make you happy” (not in a nice way). I indicated I would like my money back , he said “fine, I will send my driver back to pick up the food”. It was amazing how quickly they were able to return to collect the food

Excellent experience. We ordered a bunch of food; they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. It was ready in 20 minutes. Staff were exceptionally polite.

Honestly, this place should be shut down for the way they treat their customers. How dare you tell me and I quote “we do not take responsibility for what is in our food” over the phone when I call to place an order when I ask if any of the food was made with peanuts or treenuts. I have a client who has a severe tree nut allergy and for a business to be up and running and not care whether their customers have an allergic reaction or not just sickens me. I hope this review is seen by others and not deleted like it has been before. I promise you that I will keep posting this same review everyday until something is done.
