Waited in the drive thru for nearly 15 minutes with a car in front of us who was also waiting to order. It looked like a family of 3 or 4 were inside ordering with the employee. We gave some grace because it seemed like it was one employee running the store, we assumed it was just bad management. When we finally decided to leave, there was a worker outside the back sitting & talking on her phone instead of working and helping the other employee with the customers inside and the ones waiting to be helped at the drive thru.

So my family and i just went to this subway and he didn’t get out of there until about 30 minutes later because the guy who took our order was not in his mind, he was very confused and not knowing what he was doing. he took about 20 minutes on only ONE of the sandwich’s and then a nice lady told him to go do something else and she finished them up. but he was very disorganized and was not doing well under a little bit of pressure.

First off, took 30 minutes to get through 3 cars in the drive through. Second, it was the worst sub I’ve ever had. Bread was stale. Asked for all the veggies and only got 2 tomatoes, a piece of onion and an uncut pickle. Was not even edible.

Ordered a few sub sandwiches last year, drove 30 minutes home too realize the sandwiches were a mess and nothing was right. Stopped by the next day on my way home from work. they wanted my driver’s license number my address all kinds of junk just to replace the sandwiches they screwed up. It’s a wonder they didn’t ask for my firstborn child.

DONT COME HERE! I normally never stop at this location due to the same mistakes but they threw everything together and charged me an extra 6 dollars for nothing then didn’t give me everything I asked or paid for. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. They also didn’t toast it really didn’t do anything but throw things together making a big mess that I’m just going to throw away. Please save your money and your time and go to the ones in cookeville!
