Buyer beware- 2 years at least 3 times a week Ive take out here–on 07/22/22 I was double charged $5.81. Got my statement brought it in to the guy behind counter I understand these things happen can you please just apply it to my new order- Answer your too late – you need original receipt, next time come back same day. He then repeated this answer 3-4 times. I said so you telling me I have to call my bank every time I come in here to make sure your not double charging me? Answer- YES-And I have never ordered 2 sandwiches one would know this if they see me 3 times a week- He pretended he’s not familiar with my orders or me- Since Hervish has gone this place has changed for the worse. 3 years and the answer is too late-from a week ago -Who leaves a guy like this in charge?

They really need more training because they’re terrible at making sandwiches and be sure to pay attention they like to be stingy with toppings even when the sandwich calls for double meat and or cheese. The store has nothing really but most in this area dont unfortunately.

Stopped in off the express way on our way through and found this Subway to be one of the cleanest we’ve seen. The folks made our sandwiches perfectly, were very polite and we were back on our way. Quick, easy and delicious.

Woman who was working was incredibly rude when asked about the drinks. We bought drinks to find out almost everything was out. Employee wrapped sandwiches completely a mess just to be rude because she was asked if she could replace the diet coke in the machine. She should not be working at customer service. I would rate 0 stars for the service if I could. We were completely polite and she was as rude as possible. Will never go here again.

Guy was basically emotionless. No smile or thank you. Acted frustrated that I didnt know what I wanted fast enough. Sandwich was good (even though he was wearing gloves and touched the door before making the sandwich with the same gloves.) Glad I was just passing through.

This was the worse experience I have ever had at a Subway Restaurant. The person who took my order in the drive thru argued with me that I did not order a footlong when I told her I did. She said that is not what I paid for. I told her I would pay for the other half and she stormed away from the drive thru and sent another girl to the window. I asked for the manager and she said that was the manager. She refused to give me the owner’s name. I left without the other half. When I opened up my order, the bread was wrong and soggy (it was supposed to be toasted and wheat) It was supposed to be teriyaki chicken and it was Tuna! Terrible, rude service and terrible food. I will never visit this restaurant again!

Drive a few miles further and get a better deal. This subway doesn’t honor franchise deals and discounts. They micro measure the food and you can tell it’s owner is all about the profit and not the customer. The employees are slow and for a new store, this place sucks. There is another subway located a few miles down towards town that will honor all coupons and franchise offers. (Like 2 for 10.99 after 4pm) or ($5 foot longs). I highly recommend that location over this one.

Don’t go here if you want to have messed up food especially if you are allergic to anything. They don’t change their gloves when you ask them to so they don’t contaminate your order.
