Went to go make our order and presented a coupon for a meal for 6.49. The meal that my wife tried to order was not on the exclusion list, just a simple sweet onion teriyaki chicken sandwich combo and the guy behind the counter said he wouldn’t take coupons for chicken or steak even though they were not on the list.He was very rude and so we left. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

As others have stated they only take some of the subway coupons. They also skimp on the portions at times. I have seen other reviews say this and this happened to me today as well. When you get the same 2 sandwiches for the past 20 years, you know what is supposed to go on them. These local subway’s seem to be cheaply run. I will simply look for another local restaurant and maybe get subway if I am away from Columbia.

Subway is a great place to eat, to me. I think a sandwich is a sandwich, but whenever I go to Subway, I get the steak and cheese with everything except onions and jalapeño peppers, with oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, and yellow mustard. That’s my favorite.

Forget trying to use a coupon. Unable to speak English in a method understandable for a southerner. The drink machine broke so an uncharge for bottled drink. Save your money and go somewhere that wants your business.

The lady didn’t greet us but greeted a white man the vegetables should be freshly cut each day as the next girl was fixing our subs the lady reached over one of our subs to grab something for the next customer as if she didn’t know she did something wrong! So yeah won’t be going back there.

The staff here is extremely nice and can build fantastic sandwiches and/or pizzas. Not every Subway is the same in my opinion. The food is always fresh from here. They also have pizza, pasta, and boneless wings. The restaurants is brand new and always clean. It is my preferred Subway in Columbia.

I had a flatbread chicken and it was very good, however my husband ordered a Philly on white bread and there was not enough meat to cover the sandwich. We called the store because there should be meat in every bite. The manager said “we use 1 scoop of meat for a 6 inch”. I completely understand this, however maybe a little more than one scoop should be considered if it’s not enough to cover the whole sandwich. Like I said mine was good, really it was amazing (again I had the flatbread which is not as much dough).
