It was a clean location and friendly staff. And fresh ingredients. I will be back to this location soon. They have speedy service and plenty of in store sitting for your enjoyment. I was in and out within 10 minutes. And plenty of parking space available out front of the store.

My experience was horrible x 3! I ordered a pizza and when the young lady was done putting the items I requested on the pizza, I asked for extra cheese. When she went for the cheese, the acting manager told the young lady we can’t do that. I went on to say no it’s ok, I will pay for the extra cheese and she replied we can’t do that again. I reminded her of the ordered board which clearly stated extra cheese $35. She repeated we can’t do that and if I call my manger she will say the same thing. She proceeded to call the manager and when the manager started to tell her she could, the young lady took the phone off speak and went to the back. I thought I would finally get my extra cheese but the onsite manager was dead set on me not get extra cheese. She told the other young lady to pick the individual items off the pizza and put them back in the bins (Health Dept. Issue) then told me there go the door. Curious, So I asked before I exited the venue, you would let a customer leave unsatisfied over a scope of cheese that he is willing to pay for? And she said yes! WOW! First and Last time every walking through those doors! The young lady that was assiting me at first was very nice, Keep yo head up, and don’t pick up the horrilbe customer service (no)skills from your boss. #itsoktobewrong #couldhavebeenateachingmoment…. I ordered online. I ordered a spicy Italian bowl with lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, olives, peppers, and ranch dressing. My total came to $10 and some change. When I picked up my bowl, I had spinach, cucumbers (which I am allergic to!), no tomato, no cheese, and a teaspoon of ranch. To top it off, I asked for utensils so I could eat, I got a knife! This is not what I ordered and will not be going back to this subway!!! Plus, the man is very rude!!!!!!!! no more money from me Nonconnah Blvd. location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a salad from this place the spicy Italian and it was tiny. Barely any lettuce, little to no dressing, and it tasted like pickles and i did not order any. lady had no explanation. Then kept harassing me and calling me after i hung up on her for having no explanation. Avoid this place it’s a scam. If i could i wouldn’t even give it a star.

Rude lady works the counter. The owner is very nice, but I think it may be his wife who is rude and very bossy to customers. I have seen this twice, both times it was directed at folks who I was with. I wont be back.

I have been to this location many times before but after today I will never go back. There were three people behind the counter but only one guy was serving, the other two girls stood on their phones just yelling instructions to the one poor guy who was rushed off his feet. The manager on duty, Camilla I think her name was was rude, pushy and dismissive. She didn’t even speak to me, just grunted when I asked her a question. I have the same wrap whenever I go in but today they didn’t have half of the vegetables that I like and it was rolled terribly. When the guy put my wrap by the register for Camilla to present to me she just grunted again and walked away. I had to bag my own sandwich which is not a big deal to do but is very bad service on your part. You guys have lost a very loyal customer and anyone who asks me in the future.

The staff was nice. It was lunch and there was a rush. The bread was fresh only white and wheat..It was clean. I ate in. It was worth the wait. I order the meatball sub with spinach, provolone, and black olives. The portions were sizable.

I would have just emailed but they didn’t give me a receipt. They rushed me through the line even though it was unnecessary. I was rang up before i got to top my sandwich so they refused to add any additional charge toppings, and when i offered to pay for it separately was told they had nothing to put it in….
